Solid Boots

I ordered these to replace a similar pair of Sketchers boots I use for work wear and have been using them for a few weeks now. They are a solid boot that have already taken some abuse and seem to be holding up well. Because the tongue is attached at the sides instead of loose it took a little getting used to but now I've broke them in I don't even notice. The only thing I don't like is there is no loop on the tongue for the laces to go through (I know, odd complaint) and the padding on the bottom leaves some to be desired if you're on your feet all day so I'll have to get some inserts.

Best boots by far especially for the price

I have had pretty much every type of tac boot out there. I have to say these are by far my favorite. I’m on my second pair, the last pair lasted about 6 months which for me is really good. I only got a new pair cause I had a rip in one and that foot was veering wet. I drive a yard waste truck and I put them through hell 10+ hours a day. I’m 6’4 325. I wear a 14 wide. I will by these boots as long as the keep making them!!!! Thanks Sketchers!!!

So far so good!

As far as waterproof goes, I actually sprayed mine with some water repellent to add extra protection. They are very comfortable right bout of the box, we shall see how they last. I wear them 5 days a week for work and go through 2-3 pair a year. Maybe these will help me cut down on doing that.

Nice boots.

I have been wearing these for a couple of weeks very cool. However they wil set off the metal detector at work. I wished I knew that before ordering. But they wear great I think I will keep them.

This is the fourth pair we bought my son three and my self one he walked through the first set so I bought him the second set which fell apart sole fell off after a few months

Good Quality But Just Didn't Fit - Too Wide, Large and Loose in the Ankle

I always find Skechers boots and shoes to fit larger and looser than my other shoes and these Wascana -Benen Military Boots are not different. If you have larger, longer or wider feet you'll probably like these boots. If you have a normal width foot you will probably find these may be too loose for you. ••• SIZE DOWN ••• I normally were a size 8 shoe/boot however my feet were swimming in the size 8. I ordered a second pair a half size smaller and they fit good in the length but they were still too wide in the toe box and loose in the ankle. Finally a size 7 fit better all around but was too short as my toes pushed against the front of the shoe. For my feet these Skechers tactical boots didn't fit very well which was disappointing because they are lightweight, have comfortable soles with decent arch support. The open eyelet lacing for the top to laces makes putting these boots on much easier than closed eyelet boots. The opening is wide so it's easy to get your foot in and out when you need to put your boots on in a hurry. The material is good and the quality is excellent. While these Skechers boots did not fit my feet very well they are definitely worth consideration and may fit your foot much better. I would suggest ordering a ½ size smaller than your usual size. Terrific buy

Bought these for work. I do a lot of walking each day. I usually do not buy boots on line , so I researched this boot online, and found you should buy it half size bigger than your normal shoe size. I did that, and the boots fit perfect. One a thing to watch for , these boots do take a bit to break in. The toe area was a bit tight when I first got these but loosened up after about 60 hours of walking in them. Also I have wide feet and not many shoe companies make wide sizes with Skechers being one of the few. I have bought Skechers cross trainers and shoes before, and have found them to be comfortable, not overly expensive and they have lasted several years. I have had these boots for 1 month and I think they will last for a long time. Highly recommend these. Plus a great price on Tactical boots. Under $100.

Marvelous

I have big wide feet and was struggling to find a comfortable pair of boots all my life until I bought this pair recently. For me this is a life changer. So comfortable, fits right looks so elegant. The design itself is a state of the art, I am just loving every thing about these boots I highly recommend.
