I ordered a half-dozen of these to use with my Commercial ExMark 21" self-propelled mower with the Kawasaki engine (ECXKA21) to replace the ones I had been purchasing where most all of my lawn care equipment and supplies are bought. It seemed every time I went in to resupply the price had gone up again. As good of an air-filtration system as ExMark mowers have when the hot, dry and dusty days of midsummer in the Deep South arrive even the best of systems and filters are going to be pushed to their limits. I figured even if these filters were not up to the standards of the factory recommended ones and even if they clogged up sooner than the others and I had to changed them out sooner I was still saving money. I always check the filters before I fire up the mower at each account so I wasn't concerned these "cheaper" ones would get clogged too much too soon. It turns out these filters are better than the ones sold by my supplier. These filters are a few millimeters taller. That means when I install one and then secure the filter cover these filters fit snug. The engine still breathes as easy as it did before and now I breathe a little easier knowing I'll worry less about micro-sized dirt and dust particles making their way down into my air-intake. Before when I removed the other filters to tap dust out of the foam element and paper air filters I would always see a thin ring of dirt and dust particles that had settled underneath the filter.. Now with these in use with a snugger fit the air filter base is clean. I'm very pleased with this product and I'm paying at least 30% less for them. I will definitely be ordering more in preparations for the 2015 mowing seasons.

Quality replacement air filter
Air Filter Combo / Kawasaki 11029-7023 If you have a small gasoline engine with 11029-7023 embossed on the top of the air filter, these are perfect replacements. Pull the pleats on your existing filter apart to check for dirt in the filter's crevices. If dirty, and especially if the engine is running roughly, replace the air filter. I also replaced the spark plug on my ExMark lawn mower, and it (again) starts on the first pull and runs smoothly. As a point of reference, our ExMark's OEM air filter lasted 4 years; on a machine used 30 minutes per week 8 months per year...
