Even more beautiful than the photo

I've had many similar rugs, and none have been as gorgeous as this one. The price is fantastic for the value and the quality. This is not a thin, flimsy rug. It is of medium thickness and comfortable to walk on even if barefoot. We have not observed any "shedding" of fibers on our clothing after sitting on the rug, as is the case with other natural-fiber, woven rugs that we have had in the past. The texture and color are gorgeous! I will by more for other rooms in the house.

Love it but disappointed with customer service

I’m really bummed out about this awesome and gorgeous rug. I’m bummed out because I submitted questions to customer service with Nuloom and not one person got back to me. I have purchased so many rugs from them in the past and this time, this rug is pulling and shredding. I only wanted to know if I could somehow exchange it for the same one. (Within the return time). But I might as well have been speaking a language they didn’t understand. Don’t get me wrong I love this rug, but I had to buy another rug and layer it on top of it so I could keep the integrity of it intact. Anyways I guess better luck next time?

Affordable beautiful rug!

I needed a neutral warm rug to balance my new black cabinets in my kitchen and this one was perfect. Great color and texture! The price was lower than other competitors. The fringe detail was a nice added touch as well. Don't hesitate and buy!

Love this jute runner

Soft, durable, easy to clean!! I Love this jute rug!!! Some jute rugs are so rough, this one is so soft!!! I bought two, just to have one as a back up. Great purchase!!!!

Better for outdoor + Be careful if you’re an asthmatic

I got this rug because I needed something that was a little more pet friendly. I had a shag rug which looked great, but my puppies completely ruined it. So far, I would say that my youngest puppy does try to pull the material out with his nails and mouth - but for the price I am not too terribly mad about that problem. I will say though that this rug is better suited outdoor - it’s kind of stiff to the point where sometimes some of the rougher pointier pieces in the rug hurt when you step on them barefoot. Also, this rug does mess with my asthma and allergies. I am often wheezing when I sit around it for too long, so I would be mindful of that when purchasing.

It sheds

The rug is beautiful but it sheds terribly, you will have fibers all over your socks and you will be vacuuming/sweeping very often if this rug is near.. it’s very dusty and falls apart easily.

I found this carpet up to my expectations, I have it in the lounge with a smaller runner in front of the sofa. It was exactly as described and looked like in the photo. A jute carpet is quite hard, but seems quite well made. Will see in the next few months how well it bears. Overall very pleased with the product, and gives a nice look to my lounge
