Great for teething!

My 6 month old loves this when his gums are painful from teething. I've been putting frozen fruits in the mesh net and don't worry about him choking. The handles are probably easier to grasp by an older child, he'll get better at holding it. I would recommend this to any parent with a fussy teething baby or great way to introduce solids without choking. The only thing is cleaning the mesh can be a pain. The food really catches on the inside seams. With that said, we still use them often and love them.

Hard to open.

Mesh feeders are great for those foods that are just too hard for babies to hold. We're doing BLW and I like being able to let him go to town on soft slippery foods. My only complaint is that it's pretty hard to open, especially when it's covered in juice and baby slobber. It is made well enough to be easily cleaned without food getting trapped in weird places.

Easy to clean if you use the right foods

This thing gets a lot of complaints, but I LOVE this product. I have found that most of the complaints are for the difficulty in cleaning mushy foods out of the mesh. DON"T PUT MUSHY FOOD IN THE MESH! Problem solved. My 5 month old loves frozen peas, apples, carrots. As long as you put hard, solid foods in there it is a breeze to clean. And harder, colder foods feel better on her sore gums. Some of the other complaints are about how difficult it is to open and close. I have 2 of these, and one is easy and one is hard to open. Yes, it is annoying, but it takes maybe an extra 10 seconds and a little more elbow grease to open. If it means my baby can't get it open then I am okay with that.

Misleading

I wouldn’t have bought if I knew it only came with one. Advertisement was very misleading. My fault for not reading but it’s not til you get down to the “fine print” do they mention it only comes with one. May end up sending it back

Wonderful Gadget!

My 6-month-old nephew loves it! As soon as I got it I washed it and put some banana in it and he would get upset if I pulled it away from him. Money well spent:)

Love these!

I have two of these and my 9mo son uses them multiple times a day for fresh fruit and teething biscuits. Love these! Great for restaurants or other people's homes when you don't want to leave a mess on the floor.

Fun idea, super hard to clean. Would be nice if there were replacement mesh pieces you could buy.

Design flaw: top part being too hard to get on/off vs older model

Purchased this after losing the top part of the previous model. Like other posts, I also find the top part to be difficult to put on and take off vs the older model. This is even more difficult if you keep this in the freezer like we do. Overall, it gets the job done though. We ended up finding the old model top a while later and not too long after that, our little one started to dislike eating food through the mesh. Now this new one sits in the cupboard and the old gets used here and there for ice.

My little one loves this. Especially when I put hard things like apples in it. He's teething, so he enjoys chewing on things and has got food at the same time :-) it can get messy though if you put soft things in like peach or plum etc. I don't mind that though.

E lo svezzamento non è stato più un problema

Che dire, entrambi i miei figli hanno adorato il Nuby, erano sempre lì a mordere e a succhiare la frutta. Pratico, velove e soprattutto durevole. Unico accorgimento evitate di lavare il prodotto in lavastoviglie ed asciugate bene la retina. Prodotto consigliatissimo.
