Easy to use
Easy to add water into container. Pours water without spills.

Holds a little over a gallon, and has a measure mark
Perfect size -- not too heavy to hold, but carries enough water to satisfy a bunch of plants at once. Good ergonomics.

Watering can has numerous features that make task easier
With all the indoor plants that I have in our house, I like to have two watering cans readily available so I do not have to go back and fill up so often. Most of my plants can be watered at the same time, and with them being in several rooms, it would take several trips back and forth to complete the task. With two cans, I can get the chore done much faster. When my old can got to looking very discolored, I knew it was time to get another one. This time, I decided to get a one- gallon size instead of the half-gallon to make my task even easier. Upon seeing the Novelty Indoor Watering Can, I knew it was exactly what I needed, and once received, it has worked out perfectly for my needs. The bigger size is great, and I really like the can having two holes for filling that are not under the handle as this is definitely more convenient. With the curved spout, I can get the water on my plants exactly where I desire and not on a leaf which results in splatters on the floor. The handle is sturdy, and I can hold it any place without my hand slipping and causing water to spill. Though the can is not heavy, it is also not flimsy and the sides nor handle do not bend at all, plus less weight makes it easy to water hanging plants. I liked this can so well that I got one for some relatives, too.

THE BEST WATERING CAN!
This is honestly my favorite, most coveted item that I own. A little while ago I had just gotten into houseplants and I read A BUNCH of reviews on countless watering cans. I decided to go with this one and I was in LOVE! Now, a year and a half later and I want 3 more (one for succulents and their diluted feed, one for my houseplants in one area, one for regular houseplants and their diluted feed, and one for my houseplants in another area). If you fill it right to the brim, you will get spill, especially if you're extending your reach, but if you fill it to almost full and you're at eye level you will have NO problems! I've never had leaking issues with this product. It has the curved end where I can really get to the base of my plants without hurting my wrists or spilling everywhere. I 100% recommend this watering can! AND THE VALUE!!! Ahhh I can't get enough of it!

Almost perfect houseplant watering can
I've been into gardening and houseplants for a few years now and this watering can was a game changer. The long spout makes it easy aim and avoid spilling, the plastic is thick and doesn't flex or anything, and the handle is very comfortable in my hand. I use bottle cleaner tablets to occassionally clean the watering can. It's impossible to get your hand in to clean it so a cleaning product and toothbrush are best for stuck on bits. The water inlets are a little on the small side, and I'm not sure why they didn't opt for one larger hole vs two small holes, but they are wide enough for using the faucet or my rain barrel to fill, so it isn't an issue. Overall, a great watering can at a very reasonable price. I'm happy with my purchase.

Best watering can I have ever purchased!
Large enough so you aren’t constantly running to the sink. Easy to fill- not sure why the other reviews complained about it being hard to fill, because it’s simple. And best of all, you can fill it all the way up and then carry it without it spilling water everywhere. It also doesn’t spill out the top when you tip it to pour water out the spout- which seems to be a common issue in other watering cans. It’s sturdy - not at all flimsy. I own a lot of a watering cans, and pretty much hate them all except this one.

Perfect Size and Shape
It waters plants without spilling or leaking. It has two holes on top making it easy to fill with water. I have arthritic hands, so it’s not heavy to lift. I like the color too. Very happy with product.

MADE IN THE USA and just what my indoor plants needed!
Okay, I was so happy it was MADE IN THE USA that I left the "Made in USA" sticker on it and painted over it with some clear nail polish! It is made of sturdy plastic, AMERICAN plastic obviously, and is quite a sturdy little piece. They have other sizes but I wanted the gallon-size because I have a number of houseplants a good distance from a running water source. This is just what I needed for my indoor plants, and it's big enough that I don't have to make multiple trips to the sink to re-fill. While I wish the end of the spout where the water comes out was a little smaller in diameter to get a slower and thinner flow, I am coping and adjusting. I think for plants like my smaller African Violets, I will just purchase one of tha Japanese style watering cans as this one seems to flood them too quickly (with African Violets for example, you have to be careful not to get water on the leaves). But I have many other plants who aren't as finicky and this watering can is perfect for them. Now, If you are considering purchasing this, the following may help: 1. It's MADE IN THE USA and made very well. 2. The color seems to be a little darker blue than pictured, but I did not purchase this as an decorating accessory. It goes under the kitchen sink when not in use. Other colors were available but the blue was the least expensive at the time, so color was not important to me (I was not looking for a piece to add to my decor, I was looking for a watering can to water my indoor plants). Price WAS important however and this was the beat deal I could find anywhere on a one-gallon watering can. 3. There is not a substantial "back handle" on it like some of the other cans, but this is only a gallon capacity, as heavy filled as a gallon of milk. It is situated well enough on the can that I do not find it cumbersome to use, and can two-hand it if needed. I have never found it uncomfortable to use and it is certainly better than the empty gallon milk jugs I had resorted to using after my old watering can gave up the ghost. 4. There are TWO filling holes on top, one on each side of the handle. The filling holes on mine look bigger than the one shown in the photo, and I have had no problem filling the can from any faucet (as long as the sink is big enough to hold it), or even from a gallon jug into which I have mixed in fertilizer. 5. You do have to take care that you do not tilt the can while filling (or carrying) so the water does not escape unintentionally through the spout. I solve this pretty much by not completely filling it, A hand underneath while carrying can also help. Other then the issue of my wishing the diameter of the opening at the end of the spout could be smaller, I do not see any cons for this product. What else can one say about a watering can? :)

This watering can has given my life meaning.
Merely thinking about this magnificent triumph of engineering raises my consciousness to a new level of awareness. I shall be eternally grateful to Jeff Bezos for improving my miserable existence with this masterfully crafted vessel. Of course, I’m joking. It’s a bloody plastic watering can. It works as advertised.

Perfectly good. Fun colour.
The watering can is a very good size, able to hold lots of water for all of our houseplants. It's construction is sturdy and the colour a cheerful red. The spout pours very well. In spite of comments from others that the holes are too small, I find them quite easy for filling the watering can at our kitchen sink. They certainly seem big enough to me. I saw some other comments about splashing/spilling. I have had no such issues. When I fill the can to the 2qt line, it holds the water in very well. This is where the two holes instead of one big hole comes in handy - less of an opening for water to splash out where you don't want it to. I gave the can 4 stars instead of 5 only because it seemed a little pricey for a plastic moulded item, but I suppose I am paying for the luxury of an item made in North America instead of China, and I am OK with that. It looks good, but it has a funny knobby bit of plastic inside which looks like it may be from the plastic mouldings process? It's only visible to those looking inside, but seems to me like a bit of an aesthetic/finishing detail defect. So this is also part of why it gets 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, quite happy with the product.

Does The Job I Needed
I wanted something with a long Spout, and that held one Gallon of Water. I grow my own Herbs, they're on an Open Shelving Unit and it's hard to navigate to get to those near the back, without potentially damaging those in the front. The Spout also has a narrow opening, so I don't inadvertently Over-Water. It's made with a nice solid Plastic and I like that it is 'One Gallon' with a indentation near the top displaying when proper Water Level is achieved; gotta be careful some times with Plant Fertilizer you don't either 'Burn' or 'Deprive' your Plants...

Leaks from the bottom
Watering can leaks out of the bottom. I filled the can with filtered water for my plants and was letting it get to room temp. I came back and there was water all over the counter and dripping from the bottom of the watering can. No visible openings but clearly the seam is not properly sealed.

Great design that is easy to manage
Love this watering can. The design is perfect so that you do not spill water all over - the fill hole is farther back than other watering cans I have had so there is no spillage when you tip it forward to do your watering. The size is perfect - not so big that you can't lift it when it's full, and not so small that you have to refill it every couple of plants. Love the bright vibrant red color and would recommend this watering can to anyone who has houseplants, especially hanging plants as it is very easy to get the spout into the pot for watering without dumping water out everywhere.. I thought it was a bit pricey but the delivery was very quick and product is exactly as described by the seller.
