Good shampoo but poor shipping packaging
This is a very good product but I was disappointed to find when I opened the outer box that the shampoo bottle was slightly ajar and the plastic bag it was enclosed in was covered with dried shampoo. I really do not want the inconvenience of having to return it so I was very disappointed, not in the product but in the shipping.

So far not impressed
I bought because others recommended fir thin hair. So far I feel like I’ve seen more hair on counters and on brush as before using. Plus seems to leave my hair a little dryer.

Love this!
I was having trouble with oily buildup in my hair, due to smoothing products. This shampoo does the job! It smells minty, it feels sudsy like it's really working, and it washes all the product from my hair. Most importantly, it does not seem to affect my hair dye color.

Can’t Decide
The shampoo, conditioner, and scalp treatment really help as long as you don’t stop them. If you miss even one time, your hair issues begin again. I also don’t like the feel of my hair that these products seem to give it. I wash my hair more often now because the products make my hair and scalp feel dirty/oily more quickly than regular hair products. I can’t decide if I want to continue when I finish this order.

Stop COVID hair loss
After gettong COVID, had the common issue of hair loss daily. This seems to helped slow and now stopped the massive Hair loss from COVID

Controlling thinning hair.
As an AML patient I was experiencing some undesirable thinning of my hair. My hairdresser recommended this product & am so pleased she did. My hair brush is no longer plugged up with hair nor when I wash my hair is my sink showing excessive loss of hair. Great product.

Changed ingredients
Used this product for years and noticed the change in ingredients to contain sulfates and parabens. It's not the same ingredients. What a shame! loved this shampoo for years and now have to switch.
