Have to purchase
I was told about this product from the medical spa I go to . She told me about what’s actually used in this product , so I figured why not it has to produce results right ! I am a black lady and omg !!! This is a product I have to have in my facial regimen. It’s a bit pricey but it is worth every dollar , a little goes a long way . I have been without the product for a month and substituted with another product. Smh NOPE my under eye knows that I am mis treating them with what I’m currently using . Can’t wait until my package arrives. I just look so sleep deprived now

Nice but not great results
Easy to apply. Feels nice and soft. Have not noticed a difference in my under eyes though

If you want drastic and fast results- this is worth its price.
I never really purchased expensive eye cream... my limit was about 40 dollars. If you have fine lines, dark circles, or bags and you're serious about getting rid of them- this is the holy grail. Though the bottle looks on the smaller size- this product lasted me over 7 months. Medical spa results in a cream. 11/10 for me.

I’ve tried several of the $30 Target brand eye wrinkle creams, but nothing seemed to work. The dermatologist recommended this, and after 6 months, I can definitely say that I notice a pretty significant difference.!

Definitely not worth the money as a dryness remedy.
I'm a 62-year-old female. In addition to being postmenopausal, I have Severe Dry Eye Syndrome, a side effect of which really dries my eyelids and under my eyes. I will not be using the rest of this product because I saw an increase in dryness, itching and wrinkling right away but gave it 2 weeks to see if my skin would adjust. It didn’t. If your skin is youthful, this may be okay for you, but it is not excellent as a remedy. I have been using Shiseido eye products for a few years but liked the write up on this concerning its moisturizing effect so thought to try it. Mistake. I already received my Shiseido reorder! If you are wondering, I am using Shiseido Future Solution LX Eye and Lip Contour Regenerating Cream at night, along with using, both AM and PM, Benefiance NutriPerfect Eye Serum and Shiseido Men Total Revitalizer Eye cream. I am having very good results with them and will not be switching products again. I use a small dot of each, it doesn’t take much. The Lumiere took more. Both the Benefiance NutriPerfect Eye Serum and Shiseido Men Total Revitalizer Eye cream are less expensive than this product. The Future Solution LX costs the same as the Lumiere and has a rich, thicker consistency. I sometimes wear it during the day when my eye skin is needing more protection. If you are a younger woman with normal skin concerns at this time in your life, you may want to try the Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Cream. It is less expensive than the Lumiere and I have used it with good results. It is creamy but not as thick as the LX. My skin is quite sensitive, and I do not have any trouble with any of these products. I am a regular consumer and have purchased these products on Amazon without any company incentives. I have searched for years and had a hard time finding products that actually help moisturize my extremely dry eyelids. I have tried many brands. Lots of wasted money…. I suggest you go to Shiseido.com to read about their products and their ingredients before trying them. Most of their eye products are also Ophthalmologist and/or Dermatologist Tested.

I’ve noticed a huge difference!
I’ve been using this eye cream for about a month now and the difference is quite noticeable. My wrinkles are looking softer and not quite as deep and the skin around my eyes is looking hydrated for the first time in a long time. I met up with a friend yesterday who I hadn’t seen in two months and she remarked on how much better my eye area was looking and asked what I was using. The only negative is that it doesn’t seem to do much for puffiness/bags and my dark circles are only marginally better. But in terms of firming, hydrating and smoothing wrinkles, it’s worth the money. I’d definitely buy it again.
