Great value, not perfect.

Did what I originally purchase it for (remove stripped out front differential drain plug on 2nd generation Tacoma) but failed on a second attempt. The photos is the bolt that it worked on which required a 3 ft breaker bar and was quite seized. The failure was on a smaller screw which the extractor sheer in half, leaving that portion up inside the screw which is now even more stuck... Moral of the story: great value for the whole kit, tough large extractors, don't use the smaller ones. I would avoid about the smallest half of the smallest sized row.

Great tool for shop

Great product. I've already used a few of the drills and what a time save. If you have a broken bolt and it’s not rusted in place the left hand drills with the heat and reverse rotation spins the bolt right out.

Did the Job

Package delivered on time. All the pieces were not in place in the case. Have to assume this was due to shipping carelessness. Wasn't really a big deal putting the in place. Took me 2 minutes to remove broken lug nut. Was highly excited that it actually did what it said it could do. Would recommend and looking forward to the next adventure with this set.

Bang for your buck

I purchased this for one bolt that was stripped and it was removed on the first try. It was a bit of a pain to remove the extracter but it did its job very well for the price. If I had to say one negative thing is it would be the case is cheap, could be designed better but what do you expect for the price point. I would definitely recommend.

Great bits, drilled out 10.9 bolt no problem, Take it slow and use cutting oil. Bits are left hand

Not as good as some name brand versions.

Used the 5/32 shot the first time and it started to strip. Other than that one, it's worked well so far.

Saved my butt

Bought these to extract a stripped out differential fill plug on my GMC and it worked great. I tried a Pittsburgh version, and it only made things worse. Great set.

Garbage

So, I specifically was looking for something not-cheap and quality. It's really not cheap, but it's neither quality. Two pieces broke in the first 3 seconds. Complete garbage and waste of money, returning.

Utterrly displeased

Although overall not that pricy, I did expect to get a Neiko kit. Not an off brand one. I must admit that I didn't have the pleasure to try it to date since no bolts of mine broke eversince I received the kit(bought it in prevision) and the quality doesn't seem too poor. But most likely not Neiko quality either. Will update when I've found a use for it but I repeat, utterly displeased at the sight of an off brand kit when I did expect a Neiko one. P.S, I bought the 25 pieces kit.

Durable and effective

Extractor worked very well to remove differential drain plug. I had to apply enormous force (2 foot breaker bar plus) and was concerned the extractor would brake off. It didn’t and no damage to extractor.
