Excellent Product! Very Helpful!
Pre-cut strips eliminate trimming. Thicker fabric provides better support and lasts 3-4 days (just dry it well after showers). The included instructions are easy to understand, even for a newbie but consult a pro for your specific injury to make sure you are taping correctly (i.e., you put no stretch on the last 2-3” on each end, and mild to moderate stretch across the ares that need support. Again, the included instructions are great, but there are a number of YouTube videos on the topic as well. I have some Meniscus and MCL pain (64 yrs old) when I go cycling or walking, especially longer distances. Without the KT, the ache gets to 6-7 on the pain scale. With the KT, it’s closer to 2-3. I can’t comfortably wear a full knee brace while cycling, but the KT gives me great breathable support (I cycled 64 miles on my 64th birthday with only mild soreness the next day). Try this! It has been a fantastic find for me.

Use it for shoulder where an elestic support doesnt work well
I have been using the KT Tape off and on for over a year to help with an injury that flares up when I over work it. It does help support the damaged muscles, I just have to be smart enough to know when to say when. At first I bought the regular cotton tape, this time I got the premium product. Very similar. The synthetic stretches a little less, so it feels like it holds firmer to the applied area. The adhesive seems the same to me. The synthetic does last a couple extra days, as it tends to peel up on the edges less than the regular cotton. It also holds less water after a shower than the cotton tape. The packaging was the most significant upgrade actually. The little tub it comes in is nicer than the bare role. I will purchase the synthetic again if I can get it for a small premium over the cotton. If it is more than a couple bucks extra, Im fine with the base model. Check the colors, sometimes you can get a good deal on the ugly ones if you dont mind. :)

Amazing product, highly recommended!
This product works as advertised and is definitely worth every penny! It doesn't come off when exposed to water, it relieves muscle pain, and it's reasonably priced. The bonus of this KT Tape Pro is that it comes in a reusable, plastic, compact, cylindrical case that can be used for other purposes. The only downside is that when you sweat, this KT Tape Pro gets a bit itchy. Other than that, this product is highly recommended!

Great quality
The tape was easy to order and quick to come to the house. I like that the quality was very good. It doesn't peel or loosen at the edges. It was just what we needed for my husband's knees and my back.

I don’t understand the hype…
So I bought a bunch of this stuff after I had people recommend it to me. I seen that doctors sometimes used it, so I got some. I was told I had plantar fasciitis for 2 years until an MRI said that instead both the bones at my foot joint were dead. When I thought it was PF, I was doing the wraps they said to do with KT tape and the only positive I got from it was the fact it helped to hold my foot into place. I guess that might be all it’s suppose to do or maybe the fact I didn’t have PF was the reason it never provided me with much help or relief. It’s hard to say. A girl at work sweared by the stuff. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I can’t really say that it was terrible since I was using it for something I never had, but even with my dead bones, it did hold everything in place more than compression socks and it was much less hassle free in comparison to fully wrapping my foot. This stuff is expensive though. My only advice… Don’t stock up on it like I did without knowing if it’s going to be great or not. LOL

Reduced shoulder pain during lap swimming
Works. Doesn't take the pain away totally, but significantly. Stayed on through 3 lap swims over a 5 or 6 day period. I finally pulled it off. No skin irritation. Will buy again. Even reduced the pain during daily movement / chores.

Who knew tape would work for pain.
Both the household members tried this. I broke my arm a few months ago and my PT put this type of tape on me and it worked great. I bought this one for my BF because he has extreme shoulder pain everyday all day. I told him to let me put this tape on and did the criss cross thing and he was amazed that the pain subsided greatly and immediately!

100 points for KT Tapes...0 points for seller
These are my go-to tapes for running and cycling. Was a bit disappointed when I received the item with brown paper attached. The packing could have been better to avoid damage during delivery.

Easy to use KT tape for just about any muscle aches/pains or were support required.
I’ve been using this tape on and off for years to help with old knee injury. The tape gives a good support instead of using a heavy knee strap. Using this tape helps muscles to still work and not become weaker but stronger. Due to the Covid-19 virus it would have been difficult to get from city centre chemist, so Amazon helped out yet again. If you’ve not used it before give it a try there is a big diagram page showing how to apply for different areas of the body and limbs. Stays on for at least 5 days and withstands showering daily, just pat dry. Excellent product.

Very good tape - DON'T stretch the ends!!
Essentially, this is a very thin and stretchy rubbery plastic tape that protects muscles by reinforcing correct movement and safeguarding against further strains by using the elastic properties when applied to the skin. It is fully breathable for the skin. Stretching the tape increases the hold. I have many gym- and work-based injuries; I was particularly interested to see how it would help my very painful knees and my tennis elbow. Finding out how to apply the tape was simply a matter of going to the manufacturer's website and looking up the injury. The Knees: making a knee support takes two and a half straps per knee (you only get twenty strips, so this isn't a cheap way to get knee support) - I found that although it provided a modicum of relief, my knees are far too bad and in need of far more support than what this tape can provide.. Tennis Elbow - passed with the results here. The tape excelled at preventing any unexpected sideways twists that provoke pain - applied correctly, it was a source of real relief. I haven't been able to find a brace that has done this. Problems: 1) It's very stretchy and sticky, which makes it very difficult to apply on your own - the tape can easily spring out of your hold and stick to itself (very fiddly to undo). Applying to an arm is much much easier with someone to help - this tape is too expensive to waste like that. 2) This is VERY IMPORTANT: Do not stretch the ends of the tape as you finish putting it on - this makes it pull very hard on the skin, creating blisters over time - see picture. I wore the tape for two days before it became very itchy - and a lot of hair came off with it when I finally took it off. If you train a lot like I do, it is useful to have a roll of this tape in your gym bag - it can be applied to over 40 different muscular injuries, apparently. It's at its best on minor twinges and tweaks. Recommended

Didn't stick first time
I have used this once so far on my knee using the full knee application method. My physiotherapist recommended the original KT tape as she has found the others are not as good. The tape she has been using on my knee is not KT and lasts about 3 to 4 days before it peels and stops working. I place the KT tape on after cleaning the area and letting it dry. I found the area below my knee peeled after I did the rubbing down to warm up the tape to ensure adhesion. As it was an end piece, I did not worry about it too much. However, the tape peeled to the point where I needed to take it off within 2 days. It also meant I needed to take the other pieces of tape off as well (despite good adhesion). Hopefully when I put on the next pieces they will adhere better. The other pieces were adhering well. I do like the colour and I do find the tape effective at helping to keep circulation while I am moving.
