I recommend it 100%!
To be honest, at first, I was unsure whether to buy it or not since I had previously made a purchase (from another brand) and had not had good results. But anyway (because it was an emergency), I bought it and I'm really happy with the product. It took me a few more minutes since I don't have a microwave at home, so I had to go to hot water to melt it. However, after that, everything went amazing. You just have to follow the instructions and everything will work perfectly! :)

I would recommend this product
I was surprisingly impressed with this wax kit. I’ve been waxing for years at a professional salon and this comes very close to a professional waxing. The end results removed the hair, my skin was smooth and clean. The only thing I’m concerned with is the possible ingrown that could happen in the next few weeks. Pros: -easy to use - wasn’t painful, I’d rate it as a 7 on a scale of 1-10 - wax had a pleasant smell - easy to rip off / remove - perfect for course hair (I’m African American ) - soothing oil wipes included in the kit... made my skin feel so good after the waxing. Cons: - wax dries very quickly.. so move fast - not enough wax in the container to do a full Brazilian Tips: - buy a pack of jumbo wooden sticks. The box comes with two small sticks but it’s not enough. I found that the mini sticks (came with the kit) worked better on the bikini line and the jumbo sticks worked better on the top. - try to stay clam because when you sweat I found it more difficult to get the strips off - wax small areas instead of big areas - most importantly, make sure you hold your skin taut when you rip off the wax. - exfoliate your skin at least 1-2 days before waxing. Make sure the skin is clean and dry. - commit the the rip. Once you start don’t hesitant midway, follow through. - move quickly because it dries really fast - don’t drag the wooden stick on the side of the container to remove excess wax... you will end of wasting a lot of the wax. Instead twirl the stick to get the wax from dripping everywhere. - the wax did not reheat well. I moved too slow and the wax dried quickly. When I tried to reheat only half the container would reheat to the consistency I needed. Therefore a lot of the wax was wasted. I would say about 25%. I was not able to get a full Brazilian. Only the bikini line and the top, didn’t have enough to do the labia or buttock.

Wish I had tried this years ago!
I wish I had tried this YEARS ago. The temperature required for this wax to be spreadable is much cooler than other waxes I've tried, which is such a relief. Other waxes I've tried are uncomfortably hot, and it's only because I have a lot of waxing experience that I haven't nearly burned myself with other waxes. This wax spreads quite easily at a warm, skin comfortable temperature and it spreads thinner than other waxes I've tried, so you use less and it's more effective. It seems to wrap around the hair better than other waxes I've tried, there's much fewer hairs left behind. My only complaints (and the only reasons I give it a 4 and not 5 stars) are it is kind of hard to control this wax on the applicator stick (again, experience helps) and it takes longer to harden than what I'm used to, a few times when I pulled it, it was not ready to go and stretched. But even with the stretching, the hair still came out great. I got the hang of the quirks of this wax pretty quickly though. The biggest bonuses are the comfortable temperature (can't emphasize enough how great that is) and the wax spreads thinner, which I love because it'll go further and just works better. I'm about to order two more containers in case it's hard to get.

Best bikini wax for sensitive skin
If you are looking for a non-irritating wax this is it. No redness and its easy to use and remove hair. even though its for bikini, I have also been using it for legs and works great.

Worth it and purchasing again!
It’s easy to use, not sure why some are complaining if you are not an experienced waxer or never had a professional wax job done then you should go seek that first and then try to give yourself a Brazilian because you obviously don’t know what to do and of course your first couple Brazilians ever are painful. I was actually able to use this twice i have a ton of waxing spatulas the bigger ones and just used a new one for each strip down below For sanitary purposes. I am African American and i get a clean Brazilian every time so it works VERY GOOD on our hair. I am not a professional but I use to get them done prior so I know which way to pull my strips so i do not lift my skin or cause abrasions. I am purchasing again don’t let the couple bad reviews scare you away they probably just don’t know what to do as usual, it’s like those one people who drink coffee and get mad that it’s served hot.

Sealing the tomb
If you'd like to glue your arse shut, ruin a towel but without removing any significant amount of hair then please do buy this product. Didn't work for me, was too watery even when at a useable temperature and stuck to more skin than actual hair. Ran where I didn't want it to (hence the sealed ringpiece) and just got everywhere. Will not buy this product again

Easy to use, happy with the result!
I was slightly worried when ordering this based on there being quite a few 1 star reviews, and I'm used to a salon wax each month, but desperate times call for desperate measures (quarantine). The wax did take longer to melt in the microwave than stated, but that wasn't really an issue, and the instructions are very easy to follow. The process would have been even easier had the hair been shorter, mine was around 15mm. It took me around an hour, and when comparing that to a salon wax of around 25 minutes, I think for a first attempt it's very reasonable. As I'd seen someone suggest on another review, I used a thicker stick to apply the wax, similar to those used in salons. I would say that you may struggle more with this if you have not previously had a salon wax, as I just did what I have seen my beauty therapist do with regards to removing and pulling the skin. I actually thought it hurt a bit less than a professional one, which is probably because I did smaller patches, and was more prepared for the pain rather than being comfortably lay on a beauty bed. I will definitely use this product again, and my flatmate has even ordered herself one too. The end result was great!

Not sure this is genuine product!!
I use this product all the time. I usually buy it off-shelf from Boots, but that's obviously not possible right now hence this order. I was suspicious that this was not genuine Nads as soon as I took the box out. The cardboard is much flimsier than the off the shelf version in Boots. I then heated the wax which turned to an almost water-like consistency, but it is usually quite tacky. Applying it was a nightmare, it ran EVERYWHERE! Getting it off was even worse as it was so thin when applied. It snapped the hairs instead of ripping them clean out too....absolute waste of time, money & (painful) effort. I certainly won't be risking it again & will wait for Boots stores to reopen to make sure I'm getting the genuine article.

Never again!
Due to lockdown I thought I’d try to wax my bikini line myself. I had read all the reviews of this product, and having been to the salons for years for a bikini wax, thought I knew what I was doing. Wrong! I read the instructions thoroughly and prepared a bed of newspaper. I put the wax in the microwave for 60 seconds, but it was hard as a rock! Then another 60 seconds, nothing! But I noticed that the microwave plate was getting very hot, so I put a saucer under the wax pot. Another 30 seconds and the saucer started getting hot. The wax just started getting a little soft. Another 30 seconds, the saucer is now too hot to touch and the wax is finally starting to melt. It took another 2 minutes for the wax to melt, so 5 minutes instead of 1, and the microwave was burning hot! There is nothing wrong with my microwave by the way as I use it quite a bit and normally it cooks to time. Disaster number one. I stirred the wax thoroughly as stated and the temperature was fine, in fact still not that hot. The wooden spatula is much thinner than the ones you see in beauticians, so you can’t apply that much at a time, and if you’ve never done it before it takes a while to become proficient, so I had a go a few times a creating a swirl at the end to grab hold of as instructed (something beauticians don’t have to worry about as they are using strips). As I became more proficient I tried longer strips, but I could never match up where I had been before due to the uneven nature of the wax. Leaving the wax the right amount of time before removing is also a difficult task, as I hadn’t put it on evenly all the way through, so it had dried at a different rate. I know it was my fault for doing this, but it shows that it is not easy for beginners to get it right. Maybe with practice it would get better, but in future I’m looking for something easier like strips, with the right amount of wax already on them. I will say that when it worked, it worked, i.e. it did remove the hair and it didn’t hurt me at all (but then I am used to being waxed in this area), but when bits of wax drip off the spatula over your pubes, or you can’t get the swirl at the end to grab hold of, or your hand are so covered in bits of wax that it becomes hard to even hold the spatula any longer, it’s all a bit of a disaster (number two). You finish up with a calming oil wipe. I mainly used this to get the scraps of wax out of my pubes and off my fingers. But it was at this point that I also noticed the nasty bruising coming up! I have no idea what it was from as I never bruise from waxing, and I have tried other home waxing strips before and not had this. Disaster number three. So would I recommend Nad's Brazilian & Bikini Kit, I’m afraid not. But that’s not to say that it won’t work for some.

Favorite Wax Kit Ever!
I have bought this product several times now and it is really my all time favourite waxing kit! First couple of times I was nervous so ofc this means it hurt a little more because I was freaking myself out, so for first time waters I recommend doing smaller strips at a time the first time. However out of all the wax kits I have used, I love how this one feels, it actually feels like I'm being moisturised while I use it and the pain compared to other waxes is minimal. This does not mean it it completely painless but a good technique helps! Pull the skin tight the whole time, applying, drying and removing, promise you get beautiful results with less discomfort!
