It’s not soft
Great price great Item. Last roller was soft rubber wore thru after 10 years . This roller is solid stiff looks good and won’t need replacing ever again

Everything working as expected from installation to usage.
The old bow roller came off easy and the new bow roller installed easily. A few weeks later, the boat was pulled from the water. The bow roller did everything it is supposed to do. Hopefully, it lasts as longs as the boat lasts; a few decades.

SeaSense is a Cents Able item that every boat trailer will need.
After may years of use, my old bow roller got hard and one of bells broke off. This one looks good and fits good but its too soon to know how long it will last. I noted that the OD of the roller is the same diameter as the diameter of the Bells. Because of the thickness of the bracket, I would expect the bow roller diameter to be slightly smaller so it will guide the bow of the boat to the middle. The little flat spot in the transition might not push the bow to center of roller. I noticed that the item it replaced had a smooth transition in that area but impossible to know if it will be a problem until I use it. Also - the label on the roller took some work to get off - the adhesive was super sticky. Boat/boat trailer maintenance always takes longer than you think it will.

Missing hardware
It came loose in a giant box, a washer and the nut were missing, since the bolt threads are not normal I had to buy a new bolt and nut for it. Other than that it is fine

Good quality roller. I bought for the bow of my 13 whaler but it’s too big. Will make it work.
