A bit loose, not hemmed to expectation

The edges hemmed in a way that appears unfinished. Maybe it's a style, but it looks too unfinished and thus not quality for me. the fabric itself is fine, and the fit is as pictured, somewhat loose if that's the look you want, but no shape. I am returning it sadly because I really like the print.
