Arrived in good shape
The only other review gave this one star because it arrived cracked. "what in the world dose this have to do with the rating of the sink?" this should be in the delivery review. This sink arrived in good condition. The edge of the sink has a few tiny chips making it not as smooth as would be desired but can live with it. I got this for less than half of what they now ask for it so maybe it was a second. For what I paid for it we can live with it. We got the Mocha color. the pictures made it look lighter than it is this is very dark. I had to hold something black next to it to convince my wife that it was brown. We think we will be happy with this for what we payed, But would not want to pay much more for it or the price they are asking now.

It's a large sink
It's a nice sink, but .... I ordered this sink because I was getting a 33-inch sink base as part of our kitchen remodeling. There is no way this sink will fit on a 33-inch sink base even though is is advertised as an undermount sink which requires a 33-inch minimum base. You had better go for a 36-inch base or you will end up with an over-priced planter for your flowers.

Huge sink blends perfectly into kitchen and is large enough to bathe in
Honestly, we just spent $6000 on a kitchen update and our new sink is my favorite part. We have new granite countertops, sink, faucet, soap dispenser, drywall, and paint. The sink is awesome! It's big enough to hold most of our dishes, pots, pans, cutting boards, and cookie sheets (not simultaneously). It's deep. It's wide. It's big enough to bathe toddler twins that want to play Captain Ahab and Moby Dick in the kitchen. It's big enough to bathe 4 or 5 Chihuahuas at the same time! Heck, you might even be able to wash a full grown man in this thing and have room to spare in the bottom corners for a spare bar of soap. Seriously, this is a great sink. The dark color hides dirt, marks, and food that might not be ready for it's sacrifice to the garbage disposal gods. The composite material is relatively quiet, and doesn't act as an orchestra echo chamber every time that we set a plate into the sink. This sink, our garbage disposal, and drain hardware has left more room under the sink compared to our previous 2 basin sink. The only thing that I don't love about this sink is the accompanying colored flange. It basically is a decorative plastic insert that slides into the stainless steel sink drain. It is intended to give you consistent colored hardware. It mostly works although if it's top surface was 1or 2 millimeters wider, it would completely hide the stainless steel hardware. But since this plastic insert sits slightly higher than the sink drain, it impedes the draining water a bit. Eventually the water will find it's way under this flange and down the drain, but water drains better when I remove the flange (which simply pulls out of the drain). I would prefer to have a option to purchase a dark metal drain as an alternative to the stainless steel version. I also wish that they offered the matching sink grid for this sink on Amazon...

A nice quality sink - love it
We undermounted the sink and it looks beautiful with our quartz counter top. I bought a silicone sink mat to protect it and to protect glasses, etc. It is a bit hard to clean, I am still experimenting with different cleaners. I love the drain basket, so easy to clean - no rubber stopper on the basket, so I just pop in the dishwasher as needed.

Looks and works great!
I purchased a TruGranite composite quartz sink from amazon and installed it myself. I used the sink only option and obtained the drainer basket on ebay. I used a hammer and a screwdriver to "knock open" the 5 holes for the faucets and side spray. I don't think I would do that again out of fear of cracking the sink. A better option would be to use a a diamond hole saw. Otherwise I think it turned out great for my first kitchen sink project. The sink is heavy and awkward to handle. I gave it 4 stars because this sink came with no instructions and very few were available from the manufacturer.

Concerned???? Is anyone working for this company?
I tried to reach out to seller and nowhere is there contact info. I found their web site and tried to send a email which was returned with msg : : 550: "The mail server detected your message as spam and has prevented delivery." Whats with this company? There is no customer service and they appear to hide. Their sales info on Amazon states they have customer service but no phone number, email, link, etc. I found a web site. No contact info there either. Who is this seller? Where are they? After a few hours of searching I have given up. There was no instructions, no template, a unusual install clips. The sink is great but.....something is not right. I looked at other models by same company and found comments and questions about no templates or info. Seller responded to other ppl questions with "we are here to help" Tiffany or Sandra but never left contact info or tried to answered the question.

Great decor item
The difference in my kitchen because of this sink is marvelous. I had the traditional 2-sink white cast iron and thought I would try this one and I'll never look back. I wish I had it when my kids were little because it would be a wonderful place to bathe babies. It is even big enough to put a little tub in it if that would work better. It is great because all of the big pans (turkey roasters) will actually fit in it and makes it easier to clean them. The maintenance on this sink is very easy and I just wipe it down with a sponge and weekly use a foam cleaner. It doesn't water spot or seem to scratch. It says it is a composite granite but is fairly light weight. The only problem I had (and NOT with the sink) is that I had to have a plumber come and re-do the drain pipe because this sink is deeper than the one it replaced. The other change I made was to drain the dishwasher into the garbage disposal so I don't have that ugly overl-flow knob on the sink. The daily enjoyment of it is that it blends into the decor and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb white (especially if a dish or two in it).

Difficult to Clean
This sink is very difficult to clean. Constantly stains. Only way to keep it clean is with a magic eraser and elbow grease. I'll take stainless steel any day.
