The missing instruction book
First off let me say that I don't actually own a Redcat car. Mine is a BS808T from Bsd Racing, which is just a rebranded Earthquake 8e, so all parts are interchangeable. I got this truck used and I HATED the wheels. Zero upgrade opportunities because every other company uses 17mm hubs. So in the basket go these things. Something may have changed because I actually received 4 sealed packages containing BS936-004 along with the silver hubs that are shown in the photo. I had actually ordered the axels from someone else, so it looks like I have a lot of spares. So brass tacks: there are 0 instructions so I was a bit nervous. They don't tell you where the black gasket goes, so I wasn't too sure about that, plus who knows what else I need (hint: the answer is lug screws to hold the wheels on, but I will get to that). Apparently what I really needed was an industrial size bucket of patience for the front wheels, but the back were a super breeze, so start there to get your confidence up. Remove 1 screw to drop the hub carrier downtown & put slack in the dogbone (drive axel). Pry the innermost wheel nut away from the car (it looks like screw, but it's not). That will reveal a small pin you need to remove. Then the old hub slides towards the body of the car. The hub and axel are held together by a small pin that will be reused with the new axel (all held in place inside the bearing). New axel, old pin, old dogbone will fit together just like the parts you just removed. Carefully hold all the these parts together and slide them into the bearing. The fit should be very snug, but if that pin is off by a micron, it won't slide into place. The silver hub fits over the outside & is held with a larger pin, black gasket holds the pin in place, & voila. Done. Repeat with the other side. At the front, I didn't want to take the whole thing apart, so I just removed the super long screw on top of the hub carrier. Again it dropped down & I was able to pull the old part out. Then remove the pin that holds the old axel part to the old dogbone, and the fun begins. Such a tight space, steering wheels keep turning, bearings won't stay put. Where did that stupid pin go? Wait, I think I got it! Nope the pin fell out so the motor won't drive the wheel :( After a lot of cursing, if you don't throw the whole car away then you will get everything in place and replace the screw. Now you have another wheel to go :) Like I said, be patient and you will get it. Now the problem I have is that I don't have 17mm lug screws to hold my new wheels on, so either I wait a few days for Amazon, or I visit my friendly neighborhood hobby shop. Then again, now that you know, you can just go ahead and throw those in your cart too.

Needs BS936-004 for Proper Fit without modification
This is easy to install. Just remember to have the replacement axle that goes with it. I forgot the axle and ended up filing 3 of the 4 hubs I had down until it fit wasting 3hrs on a less than 15min job. On the 4th hub I remembered the replacement axle. The only con I have is that the little pin that holds it on to the axle kept falling out, so I wrapped them (even the correctly installed hub) up with duct tape. Running on 4s they stayed on and worked very well. (Note: I'm a novice at this) There was no instruction manual included.

Direct replacements
If you're putting these in a terremoto 10, you DON'T need to make any other altercations. They're a direct replacement for the stocks, just a half inch longer.
