Cheap but made it work
Thought it would fit a stand up holder, it didn't, but I cut the ends open, made it happen. Color is good and it serves it purpose. Glad I didn't spend more.

When I frantically swipe at the bathroom tissue affixed to the wall with this holder I worry not that the roll will scurry away because it was held by a TP holder of shoddy workmanship, oh no, this holder holds with the strength of the mightiness of holders of lore. Perfect replacement for my bronze TP holder that went MIA
Not an every day problem, but my old TP role had a spring that kept shooting the other half of the holder across the bathroom. Finally it disappeared never to be seen again (I think aliens took it, but might have been the cat too). Anyway, I needed a new role to fit that fancy bronze colored tp dispenser we had to have and this was a perfect fit. No more hunting through the dirty clothes or in the decretive basked of fake plants for a spring or the other half. This one stays in one peace when compressed and I can change TP with confidence that I wont lose an eye in the process

Does what it is supposed to do
I purchased this for an elderly senior citizen friend of mine. Apparently her old wooden roller (I did mot even know they were ever made from wood) had the spring finally give up being a spring and needed to be replaced. I seatched high and low on plumbing supply websites and could not find any wooden rollers. I noticed this bronze colored plastic one on Amazon so I took a chance and ordered it and had it sent straight to her address. Two days later I received a call from her and she was thriled how nicely the new roller fit and how the bronze color blended in with her wooden holder. Pronably the best $2.00 I have ever spent!
