Difficult Installation
The handle was not completely attached to the faucet. I could not get the tabs and notches to align, without removing the set screw. The set screw is in a difficult place to access, the set screw location is not in the product guide, and nothing relating to the handle or cartridge replacement was. I couldn't find this information online either. If I would need to replace the cartridge, I don't know how that could be done without uninstalling the faucet. I was disappointed that an allen wrench was not included with the faucet. Luckily, I had the right size wrench. The installation tool/tube is not long enough for deep sinks. My sink is 10 inches deep, and my counter top is one inch thick. The installation tool is eight inches long. I could barely tighten the faucet in place, because there wasn't enough space to work in. The handle hits my backspash when the hot water is on. The space between my backsplash and the edge of my sink is 3 1/8 inches. I can turn on the hot water, but it is just weird there is no clearance. I chose this faucet because it is one of the few that has a metal pulldown sprayer head.

Simple but sleek style
I love the simplicity and sleek style of this faucet. All the features are worth the extra money and the spot resistant stainless finish looks great!

Beautiful and very functional
Had this faucet installed in our new kitchen and find it works great. We like that it is easier to control the temperature of the water than other brands we've owned. We also like the pot fill button which increases flow. With the pot fill button pressed, the spray function on the flexible spray head is powerful enough to blast away stubborn food from pots pans and utensils, just wear a bib because the spray can be quite robust!

A mess!
When the plumber tried to install it, it leaked ALL Over. On the counter top and under the sink. A second plumber tried with the same results. Now I have A beautiful counter and no faucet. I returned it. I have not received my refund yet. I don’t know what brand to trust. If I can’t trust Moen then What? Virginia Perle

How to make a simple faucet problematic
The faucet cost a fortune, then cost a fortune to have installed, and then the automatic feature just turns it on and off if your hand or any other object passes it accidentally. Then one day the blue light on the faucet starts flashing and zero water will come out. Supposedly theres a switch you turn to disable the electric part but we couldn't find it and changing the batteries was not only a pain but means we're now stuck with the electric part. Do yourself a favor and buy a simple faucet - this one's way too much.

Moen 9126 SRS faucet
Thee product was damaged I three ways . It should never have shipped in that condition. I would never recommend Moen. For the price it should be perfect.

It's a Moen ... Super solid quality & construction!
Moen has a reputation for quality. You can feel, just by the weight of the pieces, that this isn't your average big-box discount store faucet. I have to admit, I wasn't exactly thrilled about the somewhat modern look of this model. It reminds me, as others say, of a flower vase. It isn't sleek but its also not classic ... the style is hard to describe. It absolutely looks nice, however, from a style perspective if money were no object, I'd have chosen the Weymouth model. Also disappointing is it was only available in Chrome. The stainless has more of a matte finish which will match most kitchen sinks. If your kitchen sink is stainless, it likely won't be a great match with the chrome. It's also more work to clean and polish chrome. The quality of this faucet is amazing. It feels heavy and solid and nothing feels like it won't last a long time. Even the inner tube is made of lightweight metal and the connector hoses are solid and made very well. This faucet isn't going anywhere once its installed. Speaking of which, installation is possible if you are a novice. You need to read the directions carefully as it is a lot of steps and if you do one wrong, or misread the diagram, it could mess the whole process up. There is a video you can watch about installation on the Moen website ... or the instruction book has diagrams and descriptions. I chose to have a plumber install it for me as it was just a bit too many pieces. One bummer (and the plumber said this was common) is the little weight/pulley system that makes the detachable spray handle come out or go back in was thwarted by the arrangement of my under-cabinet pipes. Because of the way one of the faucet and pipes is located, the hose gets caught on it when you pull the sprayer out and then won't go back in. Other then spending a few hundred more to move those pipes, I will just have to live with pulling the spray nozzle out 1/4 to 1/2 of the length it can go. The spray itself is ok. It has 1.5 gpm, which is average in a post-water regulation world. You aren't going to blast food off pots and pans with this sprayer or stream. The "Powerboost" system, which is basically a stream aerator where air is shot into the stream of water as it comes out, making it feel a bit fuller and more powerful. I find this is a bit of smoke and mirrors. It gives a steady, adequate stream ... nothing special ... but not so light that it would be worth getting a different model. They are all a bit scaled back. One surprise is that this did not come with a deck plate. For one thing, this is a one-hole faucet. If you have a 3-hole sink, you'd need the previous faucet holes to be covered. Even with my sink being a one-hole unit, I still would like a deck plate. There is a little scraping/marking from where my last faucet deck plate was that I'd like covered. Overall, this is a beautiful, high quality faucet. It's made very well and will last a long time. If your kitchen is on the modern side, the faucet will fit into your design scheme. There is something about quality ... you just feel better washing dishes and cooking having a heavyweight faucet at your fingertips. I love mine.

Amazon delivered a damaged faucet
Faucet arrived defective (appeared to be used) - pictured piece would pop off when turning water on with handle in 'down' position due to defective/broken part. Mohen replaced broken part and functioning nicely now - beautiful faucet.

A wonderfully engineered kitchen tap
I replaced a 35 year old Moen that was starting to fail with this unit and an completely happy. The build is solid with no cheap plastic parts like less expensive models. Installation was easy. It's a joy to use and to look at.
