Money saving and easy fix!
The aerator in my 20 year old Moen One Touch Model 7385 somehow came out causing what my 3 year old granddaughter said was a shower each time she turned on the faucet. I could not find the simple replacement diffuser. The specific model is also no longer available to replace. Similar systems cost over $700 and I'm not sure whether they would cover the same counter space that the existing model does so would it be obvious? Finding this replacement wand was a god send. It's not exactly the same - I think it's actually made of plastic rather than the metal original and I'm not crazy about the button to make the water shower-like but, I have obviously gotten use to the old one after 20 years of use. None-the-less, I'm very happy with the change.

Not a Moen Brand
This workes but it was marketed like used Moen brand and its not, off brand like the other's and priced as the other's. Just glad it fit and I was going to get an off brand one anyway but just felt deceived

Doesn't fit the faucet
I had to sand the plastic base of the new handle to fit it into the faucet base. It measured 1/64th of an inch larger than the original handle. That was irritating, but not a big issue because I have a caliper to figure out what the problem was and a rasp to remove material to make it fit. It would be a problem for people without tools or skills because the handle won't seat properly into the faucet without modification. Note that the only reason I had to buy the whole damn handle is that Moen doesn't sell the little aerator parts separately. Those parts should cost >$5!

VERY SATISFIED AFTER A FRUSTRATING SEARCH
The Moen website is not very "user friendly" when it comes to trying to find a replacement part for a kitchen pullout faucet. It asks for the model number or part number which is supposed to be on the faucet and tells where to find it. Our faucet is white plastic and the pullout spout was leaking. It was installed on the kitchen sink of a new mobile home that we bought ten years ago. I wasn't able to find the model or part number. This one on Amazon looked like it might be close so I decided to order it knowing that I could return it with Amazon's liberal return policy if it didn't fit. It arrived yesterday and I was able to install it in minutes. It is better than the original with the spray feature even easier to use than the original one.

Works as a replacement spout for a 25-year-old Moen 7385 faucet
Moen no longer makes the original spout/spray wand for the Moen 7385 faucet. They show this part, 140392, as a replacement. It looks different, but it works fine and was very easy to install. At first I thought it didn't fit, but there's a tab at the base of the wand that fits into a notch in the spout receptor. These have to line up. This was a great refresh for an old faucet and avoided having to replace the whole thing.

It fit perfectly
It was a seamless transition from my broken fixture to this new one. Installation took about 15 seconds. The quality is good and it works as well as the previous one.
