seems solid! love the idea. found one flaw.

these are so sweet. i love the ease of changing tools. i also like using the unlock cllar as a on off valve. one flaw is the unlock collar will turn off the air feed if youre using a air hammer or descaler. the vibartions end seem to not play well with this design. otherwise i recommend! i love them and have 2 in my shop,

Easy and pleasant to use

Plugging a device into these is quick and easy, much more so than the typical quick connector. Due to the design, there is no air pressure that resists plugging a hose into the connector. When disconnecting, the device relieves pressure before the hose or tool is disconnected so there is no rush of air when the hose or tool is disconnected. The only real negative besides price...they're pricey little buggers...is that if the collar is bumped even a little, it can retract a small bit and will leak air. This is only a minor and infrequent annoyance.

BEST Quick Coupler I've Owned!

After owning countless different quick couplers, and not really thinking that they could ever be improved, I was proved wrong! A great, simple, reliable improvement to a quick coupler.

Great Quick Connect

I don’t know how long these air hose connectors have been available, but I wish I had one 20 years ago. They’re advertised as improved safety, but the real benefit is the ease of use. If you’re swapping out tools on your air hose constantly, this is a game changer. You no longer have to fight the spring resistance in traditional connectors, but even better, you’re not fighting the air pressure either. With this connector, swapping out tools is a piece of cake. You owe it to yourself, get one!

Wish I found this years ago!

This coupler is awesome. It handles my mixed batch of 1/4" plugs and doesn't require pulling the collar back to insert the plug. Being able to bleed the airline before disconnecting is also a nice feature and stops the whipping hose effect. I have purchased several of these to replace ALL my old couplers. This coupler is a must if you have an air compressor on your vehicle! Just push the plug in and slide the coupler ring to open the airway. Then bleed the line and pop out your airline, all with one hand.

It does not lock

The secondary sleeve does not lock in any way. It is easy for it to move out of place when bumped and stop the air flow.

Excellent Product

This one checks all the boxes for this style coupler! The fit and finish is very good and the plug is easily engaged and disconnected. Although this is made in China, Milton has apparently found a good manufacturer to make their product. I also purchased one from Name Brand X and it had metal shavings in the inlet and outlet and will not get installed in my air system. From the knurling on the body as well machining on the internals that I can see, it wasn't from the same source as Milton. It nice to see that Milton is still keeping their standards high no matter the origin of manufacturing. Of course, I would prefer that these were made here in the States.
