Locking and unlocking with code is easy. Programming is simple too.

Only worked for a couple of weeks

Keys stoped worked about 2 weeks after instal. I’ve tried everything to get it to work again but nothing helps. Would not recommend. Will update if I can find a solution.

Very Pleased!

Easy to assemble and install. Took me less than 45 min to install. Very easy to program and utilize. Would recommend tbis product.

Maybe I just got a bad unit. MiLocks is sending me a new one ...

Ok guess what? This is apparently an indoor unit so don't try to put it on your front door! My customers have had the thing go into a constant alarm mode and the only way to stop it is to unscrew the cover and take the batteries out. Apparenlty from "getting wet"...... Then put it all back to together and it works again...for a while. Maybe I just got a bad unit. MiLocks is sending me a new one (same unit) to see if it is just faulty electrical. First they said it was not weather proof, basically "don't you know you r not supposed to put electric things outside, you need a mechanical lock for that" to which I answered "It says it lights up in the nighttime and is a passage lock that will replace your current passage lock...it never says outdoor and it never says its just for indoor use but it sure as heck sounds like its for your front door! I will review it again with the new one at that time. Fact is its a beautiful unit and it works great when its working. We'll see what the new one does......

Easy to install, our 11 year old son did it for us. Works great and is more sturdy then the one I bought at Lowe’s ;-)

Great buy

Good product. Make sure you utilize the little circle tool to take the physical knob off so the screws will fit in the holes. Turn to 2 for it to unlock and lock with the correct buttons. Beautiful product!!!
