Not for dogs that chew, even tiny puppies!
Got this because our 8 month old puppy has destroyed towels, blankets, mats, pads, bolster beds, rugs, etc that fit in her 24 inch crate. She had it for a week, and started finding bits and pieces of it outside of the crate. Some she actually swallowed. She's a 8 lb Pomsky with all her adult teeth. Ruined! $25 for a bed that lasts a week or so? UGH So now she's back to sleeping on the plastic tray that came with the crate. Can't be very comfy, but we are at a loss as to if there's even a bed that exists that truly is durable and not delicious tasting to dogs! We got the rubber foam mat, because there's no fuzzy bits, piping, bolster or edge to even grab onto, but she found a way. Ridiculous... she has a regular supply of dental chews, filled frozen Kongs, puzzle toys, pizzle, collagen, antlers, and beef trachea, and likes to chew on items not meant to be chewed. We don't get it. But it is what it is. If you have a dog that scratches or nests wherever they sleep, or a dog that even so much as nibbles or corn cobs every blue moon, they WILL destroy this bed.

This lasted 24 hours in my labs cage. He ripped it to pieces. Don’t buy if your dogs a digger or chewer.

Most dogs scratch before they lay down… this will tear!
For the price point of this I expected the outer shell to be able to endure a few scratches before tearing. Disappointed I spent so much expecting it to be a better rubber material. It’s literally just thick foam. One reviewer mentioned another brand that’s more expensive but I agree don’t waste your money on this! It also could be the smell that causes dogs to go after it. It’s an odd smell.

Nice padding
Bought for our dog when she visits our barn with my husband. The floor in the barn is concrete and can be very cold. The cushion has good padding and is very durable. Very happy with my purchase.

The pup seems to like it.
It is a touch too long for the crate I have, but it does it job. My Great Pyrenees can now get up without his paws sliding around and he doesn’t wake me up when moving around in his crate at night. All it needs is a wet cloth to wipe down when needed.

Love this! Well worth the $
Love this Mat. I bought it for inside our puppies crate. It’s easy to clean and wipe up any messes. I love it so much I just bought a second one for our travel crate. Well worth the money. My dog find it’s very comfortable to sleep on all night.
