How is this for your cramped apartment?
Hi. I just received your MaxWorks 80873 3-Tray Service Utility Cart With Aluminum Legs & Wheels,Black and Gray,3 trays. My bottom shelf came with a TEAR part way around one of the little legs on the bottom shelf. Perhaps I should have returned it immediately, but I was too keen on getting it going. I put it together, and started using it. I employ it as EXTRA STORAGE in my little storage room, in my tiny apartment. I place it in front of fixed storage shelves, and move it aside when I want to access the fixed storage. I use it for produce: apples, oranges, cucumbers, cabbage, anything that does not require immediate refrigeration. It seems to me that you have the potential for a greatly expanded customer base by appealing to the home-market, where millions of people are very hard up for more space in their cramped quarters. They simply move their cart away from what they are currently trying to access. If you want to appeal to a home-market, consider adding a rubber mallet to the package being sold. Most people have no use for a rubber hammer, and might resist buying one for just this one time use. Using a regular hammer, as I was tempted to do, could easily break the plastic. You are already supplying them with a special nut turning wrench, so just add a properly dimensioned rubber hammer. The customer does not know what size hammer to buy. Should it be 2-inches in diameter or two-and-a-half inches diameter. I opted for the larger of these sizes, not wanting to damage the edges of the tube I was hammering down, and am glad I did. Also the larger size is nearly twice the weight, and makes hammering against so much friction much easier and less anxiety-provoking. The customer does not want to guess whether he/she is doing the right thing, and wants to know what size rubber hammer to buy. How nice to save them from the exztra shopping. The option of a taller, four-bucket cart would be provide more storage. I'm just moving it three feet, not going around with it in a factory. If you want to appeal to the home market, show it in your pictures: show the cart being used in a cramped home storage area. Perhaps you could eliminate the first put-it-together step, that is, manufacture the four 'holder' plastics and the bottom shelf as one unit, or at least put them together in the factory. I found the friction to be overcome most formidable in this step. Manufacturing these two plastic parts together might add structural strength. My bottom shelf came with a TEAR part way around one of the little legs. Having put the cart together anyway, the tear has now expanded, and that caster will soon fall off. That wheel is no longer functioning. Maybe I can make a wooden leg and wedge it in, in place of the wheel, and make do. After all I only move the cart a few feet. But I would like a REFUND without return, to avoid the hassle of trying to take it apart again, (if I can), and shipping it back to you, with packaging now in the waste. Otherwise I'll probably buy it again, and hope for better QUALITY-CONTROL luck.

Look No Further
I looked at a number of carts as I needed to add one to the garage to make my life easier when doing repairs and projects. Saw a great video on YouTube featuring this cart and some fantastic customization ideas. The cart itself is sturdy and maneuvers effortlessly. Thumbs up to the manufacturer for including FOUR swivel wheels instead of only two. Having only two makes moving the card around a bit more of a challenge. Plus two of the casters have brakes. Assembly was very simple. Make sure you have a rubber mallet or if not, a hammer and a scrap piece of wood to seat the vertical bars. If you’re picking one of these up for the garage take a look on YouTube for ideas to customize. I added four string magnets in the sides and they hold tools I’m working with and are within east reach. Also adding an underside caddy for my impact gun and drill and a shop towel holder. You can really have fun tricking this thing out to your needs. You can’t go wrong with this cart.

(small) Professional Car Detailer & Weekend mechanic.
I love this dang cart. I own a small detailing shop, and I work on cars in my free time pretty frequently. Disclaimer: I'm fairly gently on equipment by nature but I do "manhandle" stuff when its crunch time. My cart routinely has 100+ pounds of liquid on it in 5 gallon pales and spray bottles. One HUGE selling point for me: there has been ZERO corrosion on this cart. I sprayed a little grease on the caster bearings when I first put it together out of caution but I haven't notice any rust, and the aluminum legs aren't oxidizing yet, even where I've accidentally dented or purposely drilled into it. When I am working on a car in the mechanics sense, I've put a variety of parts in the bottom, up to a cylinder head (but I like the cart so I'm not throwing a transmission at it lol, though I honestly think if you're throwing a basic front wheel drive transaxle on it would handle it) and usually tools on top, and its handled it without a sweat. The only (minor) complaint I have is that I have noticed a small amount of wear on the caster wheels after two years of use on a concrete floor, but honestly its minimal compared to cheaper wheels I've had and the fact that I use this cart pretty constantly. Also: The textured plastic DOES hold waxes and such and you normally need a brush to clean it up, however it does limit how far a spill will go. The cart rolls smoothly and is fairly lightweight in a good way. It is also GREAT if you like modifying your tools (ie for mine, ive attached a power strip to a leg, wired an LED strip to help with visibility and drilled holes for S hooks and bungee cords) That being said: This is an AMAZING bang for the buck cart vs anything I've used in the past, especially if you're worried about the cart rusting. HOWEVER. It is not a $900 snap on cart or a $2000(?) U-Line lift trolley, but its great for a weekend mechanic or lighter duty applications.

Excellent Build Quality
The media could not be loaded. What’s not to Love ? Excellent build quality. Locking Castor wheels traverse smoothly on any conditions. Sturdy construction. I’ll be getting a second on for other uses shortly.

I guess its OK
The tray is very sturdy, casters are smooth. But very hard to assemble due to the cut out holes are very tight. And you have to hammer them together, very easy to break the plastic covers of the corners.

There was a change
In case it's important, unlike the previous 2 carts that I purchased, these wheels did not have brakes. They are also a bit larger in diameter that previously supplied.

Great
I love how smoothly it rolls through the halls. I had a little trouble with the plastic socket wrench provided but it did end up working. The only thing that would make this cart better is if it was about 10cm taller.
