For what it is .. it's great!
Maybe i just have a big mouth, but i did not find it was necessarily difficult to insert, though it did get tiresome keeping my mouth open at that angle for a length of time... but it's not supposed to 'comfortable' .. there is a reason it's called a xxxxJOB. It is humiliating AF which is wonderful!

Altered and think i fixed the problem with internal hard mouthpiece.
After reading reviews and complaints about this product,...I had to see it for myself. I ordered immediately,...and I agree. I gave it 3 stars due to the way it originally came. GREAT concept and love the idea,...but after making my alterations,....I would give it a 5. I have a average to medium sized mouth i would say. Very hard to comfortably get your mouth around the inside HARD piece. I altered this device and made the mouth opening extremely manageable and very comfortable. I've attached images of what I did to the product to make it usable. Let me know what you think or would be happy to answer any questions.

Don’t buy unless you can dislocate your jaw!
Let me tell you, I wanted to love this. It is a really cool concept.. but.. it feels like it’s going to break my jaw! I wouldn’t buy unless you have a HUGE mouth. Once I am able to fit it in my mouth, I can only leave it in for MAYBE 1 minute before my whole face starts radiating pain. If the mouth piece was smaller, this would be a 5 star review.

You want to like it because the idea is so hot! But, as most other reviews have said, the mouthpiece is way too large. I don't believe a single positive review of this product. In fact, can someone who posted a positive review please post a picture of the human mouth that can open wide enough to get this thing into it? I'd be fascinated to see it, but I don't believe it exists. This product clearly started out life as something else. Maybe a strap-on dong? It was obviously modified with the, ahem, anatomical portion fitted onto the existing opening with no regard as to how it would actually work. Because it doesn't. Even if you had a mouth the size of a pitt bull, the said anatomical portion doesn't stay on and would pop off during use. And you'd actually be hoping that it would before the mouthpiece knocked out your front teeth. Aside from these minor quibbles, it's very well built and if you can find a use for a nice leather strap/buckle with a hole in it, this is your product. Otherwise, it's useless.

Might work for others but not for me.
The gag is hard and very large which is a double edge sword. And the head is just a cap it is not a flashlight on the inside unfortunately. Theres other reviews that people have altered it to make it better so I may try to do that myself.

Very fun, but...
Wife loved it, me too ofcourse. The rubber comes of easy for cleaning. But some of the black leather around the “tube” comes lose almost right away, making it less appealing. Easy to wash, altho questionable what can and can not get wet! Toys like this need to be fully water resistant cuz they get messy all around!

Well made novelty
Interesting product. More of a novelty and visual stimulation than anything. The harness is high quality and the whole item is well made. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the mouth gag part is a little large. Although it fits my mouth okay, my wife has a small mouth and this gag is not even an option for her to wear.

Idee gut, aber Mundstück viel zu groß
Man muss schon einen sehr großen Mund haben, damit das Teil dort hinein passt. Aber die Pussy und vor allem die Idee sind sehr gut und mit etwas handwerklichem Geschick lässt sich die Öffnung auch ein wenig verkleinern.

Falls Apart
Felt great to begin with, nice wide opening. Pussy mouth falls off far too easily during action. Head strap far too long - not suitable for a standard sized head. Had to make an extra hole to keep it tight. Had to throw it out after just a few uses as the tubes moved and the pm attachment would not go back in (the leather in the tube got stretched and in the way. Would not buy this again!

Mundöffnung viel zu groß. Ich weiss wirklich nicht wer da seinen Mund drüber stülpen kann Leider kann man den Artikel nicht zurückschicken.. Geld für die Tonne ???????? Wäre hilfreich, wenn der Durchmesser angegeben würde, da die schlechten Bewertungen auch vermehren

Leider ist dieser Artikel nicht zu gebrauchen... das innere rohr ist einfach viel zu groß das bekommt kein Mensch in den mund... Rückgabe ist auch nicht möglich.. lasst die Finger davon !
