Ok, I'm putting this at the start of my review so we're clear here, I believe this design could provide many long moments of pure pleasure. It must be like similar to my Master Series Cock Dock, applying pressure 360° internally, but with more spring load. However, if you keep reading, you'll see why I can only say it must be similar. I love my anchor!! As soon as I saw this bad boy and I had to have it. I was sure it was just what I had been wanting from my anchor. From the day I decided to order it until the day it arrived at my door, I had both night and day dreams of the ecstasy I KNEW it would bring. Well, today makes seven straight days that I've had it in my possession and I have yet to accomplish insertion. I was SO sore the day after I received the Claw That I had to let is sit for 3 days before attempting it again. I have gotten it so close... It feels like just another 1/16 of an inch and it will POP right in. The trouble is, it just won't go any farther. I even backed up against the door handle in my bathroom and tried pushing against the counter and it just won't budge. If the corners were much rounder, I could continue to try, but those corners make me so sore I can't feel what is going wrong with the insertion. This would be an excellent toy to use with a partner as I truly need at least one more hand to keep it closed and in position while pushing it in. It wouldn't hurt if you partner had a bit of a sadistic side as well because it is very difficult to keep it lubed. I slather the thing up until it is dripping off. When it is that slippery, it is very difficult to keep it together and aimed. By the time you manage, there isn't enough lube left to finish pushing it in. This too is a place where a playmate would be handy. He could pour lube around it as it goes in. BTW, I tried both water base and silicon lube separately and together. Definitely a two man operation. At this point, I am going to echo a couple of other reviewers when I say, "The edges are too sharp!!!". I know they have about a 1mm radius on them, but as firm as this material is, it makes the edges feel closer to dead sharp. I think a 6mm radius would be a huge improvement I understand the need for the material to be much more firm in this design, with soft petals like the Anchor and the thin cross section of material at the bottom of the petals, there would be only a very small spring load to give me pleasure. However, if Master Series made the slots wider in the thicker part of the petals the petals would have the room to close together smaller making it easier to start. As stated in the intro, I'm not giving up. I love the Anchor, I'm so I'm pretty sure I'll love the Claw. I only gave it three stars because It is still presenting me with a challenge so I can't say for certain I'll like it until I work my way through this problem. I will say this, if I can finally claw my way inside and I like it the way I expect to, I will update my review to include the results I got in the end. The night I wrote the start of this review (when I gave it only 3 stars), I decided I've been babying myself too much and really, really worked at it and I finally reached full insertion. I'm not going to kid you due to the firm nature of the material and the sharp edges, it was very painful. When I thought I had it all the way in, I took my hand off of it and it nearly escaped. I pushed it in again and noticed there was some skin friction preventing it from fully seating. When I pulled the skin out of the way it seated fully. This time it was unmistakable that it was fully in. I took my hand away and it stayed. The through hole stays round, no collapsing and provides some interesting sounds as well as a couple of surprises. My smallest diameter dildo was just a hair smaller than the through hole, as soon as I added lube, it got vacuum locked. Much more difficult to release some vacuum with this really firm material. The pleasure it generated from the pressure it applied to my intestinal wall was tasty. I really like the way it applies pressure 360°, but I still prefer the anchor and am planning to purchase the XL model. The anchor is softer, with all rounded edges, and more forgiving during insertion and after. I can actually feel the shape of each petal internally (totally unexpected) due to the edges and firmness. In the 3 days since, I've taken delivery of it 4 times, each easier than the last. All in all, I will continue use this toy, but only when I am in the mood for almost pleasurable pain.
