Not a Master, but similar
I’m a licensed massage therapist and I’ve used Master products for 8+ years. This face rest feels like it uses the same or similar foam but there is a big difference in the fabric. I chose this product because of Master’s reputation in durability. There will be many clients using it which means multiple cleanings and changing of fitted covers. I know I can trust the quality of Master’s fabric, but I have no idea what to expect from “Tao Line” which is the brand name of this particular face rest. I will say that it does fit both of my face cradles very well, so if you don’t care about the brand, this product seems good. *For those who want to use this product by itself in the bed you sleep on, do not expect to be able to sleep face down and breathe normally, it is not designed for that. The deviation in the foam is intended to protect the eyes from enduring too much pressure while laying face down. If you need to safely lay face down, you can buy a separate face cradle made specifically to stabilize between a matress and box spring (and they are expensive). This face rest should work perfectly with any one of those (it is universal in that way, as advertised). I will say that it does fit both of my face cradles very well, so if you don’t care about the brand, this product seems good (but not great). *For those who want to use this product by itself in the bed you sleep on, do not expect to be able to sleep face down and breathe normally, it is not designed for that. Comfortable
My clients have said it’s very comfortable: I would probably purchase again after it wares out like my previous one. My only issue is the Velcro doesn’t match up with my table piece.

Excellent Purchase on my part
I had a vitrectomy in Feb 2019. I returned the other face-down equipment after 7 days but still had the bubble in my eye and wanted to do more face down time in bed. This pillow worked great. I used a thick book to support the forehead and a pillow under my chest to support the lower part of the face pillow. It worked great. It's very comfortable. It's design was better than the rented equipment because this one didn't put pressure on my eyes.

Nose touches bed
If you are on a normal bed and put your face in the pillow, your nose touches the bed which is uncomfortable. My husband and I have small noses. We wish the pillow was a little taller.

Great face cradle! Very comfortable and great material that can be disinfected easily
Wanted a new face cradle for my massage table for work since all of the disinfectant was harmful to my existing face cradle. This one has a comfortable formation that doesn’t squish the face and the thickness matches my previous one. All in all, a great product that I would not hesitate to purchase again if needed!

More room for face and better contour
This is definitely better than the headrest that came with the massage table which is very hard and narrow. This one does not leave red marks all over my face after a half hour massage. I would recommend it.

Doesn’t squish your eyeballs!
I’ve only been using it for about a week now but feedback is good! It’s comfortable and mostly notice that the pressure at the eyes is less with this design then the other typical face cradle I was using before

Inaccurate description/specs
The cushion is not very sturdy and it's not as thick as stated in the specs. It says 10cm thick, the one I have is 6cm. That's an important difference since I'm putting in on a flat surface.
