Sturdy, well constructed
This indicator is well built and will be long lasting. I prefer the 3 strike and 4 ball counts (I know some don’t). Much better than plastic versions…

Okay so it does exactly as it’s meant to BUT it does not look like the picture when you receive it. But it looks shiny and metal in real life. So as long as your okay with it being metal shiny and reflective it’s definitely better than a plastic clicker.

Better than Plastic
I bought one of these as a gift to myself to celebrate 5 years of umpiring after using the same plastic clicker for the longest time. A few games in and I'm in love, and I'm never going back. It's light and fast, but feels SO much more substantial than plastic clickers. The only issue I have is that there is some play in the wheels, and that the entire thing is just riveted together on the surface instead of being made of one solid piece of metal, but considering how cheap it is and that it's made in Taiwan anyways, these are small complaints that only a professional should worry about, and even then only if you expect a clicker to be a religious experience (or if you find yourself throwing it at one too many dissenting coaches) All in all, a small, solid indicator, and I'd recommend it to any umpire with $20 to spend.

Same as Diamond and other $8 indicators
The media could not be loaded. Same indicator that costs between $6 to $8 from champion, champro and diamond. Don't spend $13 on this. Image looks more rugged than the item actually is. Not happy

Good choice for someone looking for a slim, metal indicator. It is much slimmer than a plastic one that I bought at the same time. I have smallish hands, so the slim form is a big plus for me. It also looks and feels more professional, in my opinion. A couple things to consider: I didn't think of this before buying, but of course it will reflect the sunlight right back into your eyes if you get it at the right angle. So be careful about that. Also, my mask has the plastic-ish coating on the bars, and this is wearing it down. Not a lot, but noticeable if you look closely after using for ~50 games. These things would definitely not stop me from buying it again if I lose it or it breaks. Highly recommended!

Cheap, flimsy, hard to read, and much less substantial than pictured
I bought this hoping for a strong, heavy, substantial clicker, that would feel solid and well made. The steel on this is a full step up from aluminum foil, but it's more like a prize you'd get with your tickets after a good days work on skee ball at the county fair versus something an umpire or coach would take pride in holding. My daughter has a plastic clicker that feels like a substantial step up. I'm disappointed and while I wouldn't say it is not as pictured, it looks more like a shiny aluminum can to me than the picture which looks like strong cold rolled steel.

Solid Tool
What a great tool for any umpire. Built well. Only thing I wish was different was that it includes the "4th" ball and the "3rd" strike on the clicker. Those seem unnecessary. But overall, a solid deal for a great piece of equipment.
