Not the peppermint scented kind
I got this intending to buy the peppermint scented kind, but this is "unscented" (really you just smell the various oil-derived things that make up soaps/or detergents which is usually not pleasant). It works similar to the peppermint kind but personally I think it's way overpriced for the horrible scent. You can get a similar bones elsewhere for less. One of the nice things about Malin + Goetz is the really pleasant scents from various natural extracts/essential oils.

Good if you like Olaplex, bad if you want your hair cleaned
I tried this product because I was looking for something less expensive than Verb’s Ghost shampoo. I thought this product would be an interesting try because it has great reviews and it’s vegan, which is awesome. For starters, the smell is a little off putting. If you would have told me that something in this lineup smelled like rum, I would have guessed it was the shampoo. It just has this raw, rum-like smell to it. It’s not bad, per se, but it’s not great. The thing that bothers me most is how badly this lathers and covers. I wetted my hair down thoroughly, lathered the shampoo in my hands, and then tries to apply it throughout my scalp and hair. It did not lather well. Seriously, it stuck to my head like glue where it was applied and it did not want to move. After two minutes of trying to get something to work, I just rinsed and tried again. It lathered well on the clean parts, but it still struggled through the rest of it. The worst part is, my hair does not feel moisturised. I have very thin hair strands, but I have a crap ton of hair. Moisture is something my hair needs. Right now, it’s dry and it’s giving me the straw-like consistency that Olaplex would give me. I know one thing, this is not better than Verb, and I’ll probably just leave it in the guest bathroom in case anyone forgets their shampoo. I’ll personally never use it again.

Good smell, lathers nicely
Small bottle but lasted long between my boyfriend and I. We both loved the smell. Don’t think it should be as expensive as it is tho didn’t make my hair feel any better than it did before.

Cap Was Not Secured
The product was packaged with other items I had bought so when I opened the package I noticed that the cap of the shampoo bottle was unsecured and had spilled a bit inside of the plastic package it was in but the plastic package was not sealed all the way so it also had spilled onto the other items in the package. It smells good though but unfortunately I have like half the shampoo left in the bottle.

Great reviews, but not from me.
Meh. It leaves hair feeling clean. Not smooth. Not soft. I have fairly long, fairly thick, wavy hair. It felt clean, but not easy to comb through, not soft, no bounce, just clean. The smell is good, not great, not long lasting. Based on the reviews I was really hopeful. It's pretty pricey for the amount. Not going to buy this again.

It’s ok
It worked ok. I have straight medium thick dark hair although it made my hair soft it also made it super oily. It kind of felt heavy on my hair towards the roots.

Excellent Shampoo, just the way I like it - but
Excellent product, just the type of shampoo I like. I am not giving five star due to delivery time add the request for separate Tax and VAT payment. The was refunded by the reseller, they need to change their shipping and handling process.
