Arrived broken
One of the four coasters arrived broken. Other 3 are very nice

They can and have chipped a little in house with small kids. Very heavy, sturdy, upscale looking
The one I got and pictured is “Egg shell” color pattern. It’s a warm, ivory, off white color with beige, light brown, white, and occasional rust red and gray colored shards in it. It feels hard like stone, but when you look closely it’s sort of like small, jagged shards of coarse sand and pebbles in a matrix of some type of a ceramic or cement sort of man made material and then sheered smooth and polished. They have a sturdy weight to them, but they also can and have chipped a little at the corners here and there if used roughly (we have a house with toddlers and small kids so ours were no doubt abused more than a house of just responsible adults using them). They have 3 clear, small, stuck on little feet on the bottom to prevent any scratching of your wood surfaces you place them on and prevent rubbing together when they are stacked. They are made in India. I think they would make a great, if not a little genera I’d but generally useful hostess or teacher gift, etc. Overall I’d recommend them.

needs to come with a holder
These are pretty and real stone terazzo coasters. I like the color, incorporating warm wood and earth tones with black and grey. The size is good. I only wish that they had come with a holder. Otherwise I recommend this product.

Not Very Water Absorbent
The Main + Mesa 4-Inch Terrazzo Drink Coasters are attractive and the speckled beige pattern they come in will blend with most decors. The speckled pattern goes all the way through the coasters so you do not have to worry about it ever coming off and the pattern is slightly different on every coaster. The edges of the coasters are made slightly rustic which gives them an attractive variability in appearance. The coasters have a nice weight so they should stray in place though my cat quickly figured out how to bat one out into the room. Now for the downside. The coasters are not very absorbent for collecting condensation forming on glasses or minor drips from glasses and cups. They are almost waterproof which is fine for terrazzo flooring but not very desirable in a furniture coaster. The coasters do not have cork bottoms, instead they have three little vinyl dots glued to the base of the coaster. The vinyl dots serve the purpose of protecting the furniture but I think the cork disks other manufacturers use are more practical. The coasters do not come with a wire rack to store them in when they are not in use. It seems like one would have been included at this price point. With the above qualifications, recommend The Main + Mesa 4-Inch Terrazzo Drink Coasters to potential purchasers. They are not perfect but they are attractive and they appear to be well made.

I like the look, but at this price should come with holder
Main + Mesa Set of 4, 4-Inch Round Modern Boho Beige, Terrazzo Drink Coasters with Natural Speckled Design (EC0818) These are real stone terazzo coasters, not a ceramic with a terazzo print. I like the colors in these coasters as they pick up warm woods and earth tones as well as coordinating with blacks and greys. The size is also good. I wish that they had come with a holder (rather than twine tied around them) and that they had full felt, cork or silicone coverage on the bottom to protect your furniture rather than 3 little dots of rubber that will eventually fall off.

Nice weight
The eggshell is neutral enough to go with any decor. They are solid and heavy so they definitely won't stick to the bottom of glasses. Hopefully, the 3 dots will stay on the bottom better than felt ones.

Beautiful for the dining room table.
A nice coaster for drinks on our wooden dining room table. Very unique and modern pieces, that our guests compliment every time they put them to use. If a drink is very sweaty, it will drip off the end of the coaster, but that has only happened a couple times, and we wiped with a paper towel and it didn't happen again. Each of the coasters have 3 rubber clear prongs on the bottom that prevent scratches when sliding across the table. Very sturdy and strong, as they survive drops from the table without cracking.

Beautiful Coasters
I love these coasters! They are very sturdy and have a great look and feel to them. They are made from Terrazzo, so they obviously don't absorb moisture.
