75lb Pit sweater finally
So my rescue pit has decided she loves her new sweaters and won't let us remove them. That means even when she "goes" outside, we have to flip the back end up to keep it clean. And yes, I ordered more colors of the same model. Freakin' drama queen ???? These are the best sweaters for large dogs. They are a little more expensive compared to the cheap Walmart ones but I have tried so many for her and they are either too big, not warm enough or the arms don't fit. The arms on these sweaters are more slots, so it doesn't matter the dogs arm size and they are so soft and thick like those Irish ones you see on TV. She loves them so much that we ordered 4 others. She's a 75lb pitbull and wears the XL

Perfect for a Pittie!
Extremely well-made sweater. Super cute, I can not tell you how many people have commented on it so far. Fits my Pittie well, although I suggest a Large for a Pit Bull due to their large chest. My Pittie is 65 lbs and the Large fits much better than the Medium despite her lower weight. I highly recommend this sweater, no more shivers from my pup!

Very warm and comfy
I bought this sweater for my last foster dog. She came from the south and was not used to cold weather. The sweater kept her comfy and warm. It was a little hard to put on because she was ver scared of everything but I managed it and once it was on she loved it! I gave it to her new mom when she was adopted.

Dog Hates It - But At Least She's Not Shivering Anymore
The sweater is very well made and has a quality "feel" to it. You can tell it's hand knitted, not machine knitted, and the joinings are very robust near the armholes where there would be tension during movement. I almost sent it back because I accidentally put it on the dog backwards, and thought "Well that looks weird. Too bad." I chose the XL because collies are long in back and deep in chest, and it ALMOST doesn't fit in the chest, but not enough to justify going up a size. I'm hoping it will break in a little for her with use. I would recommend erring on the side of larger if your dog is a borderline size, or a deep-chested breed. At first, she hated it but as the day wore on, she got used to it and went to sleep with it on, like her very own cozy blanket. Collies are usually pretty good in the cold, but as she got older, I found she lost her tolerance for it, so this will be good to have on-hand for when she needs it. It's so cute on her, I told she can just wear it for the rest of her life!
