There is no hole in the right arm cover to allow for the reclining control handle.
The main problem is the lack of a hole for the reclining control arm. The jersey material was very soft and it did stretch, but the print was not as pretty as it appeared in the picture, plus the picture made the background look pure white whereas it is more of a creamy beige. I ordered another previous to this also with the above issues. I need to return both for refunds, but have not been able to determine how to do that.

Really like it
I got it today and you really do not need the instructions as it is self explanatory with the labels that is attached to each part. I have a small recliner and it fits perfect. It took me 20 minutes to put it on. The back can fit on a large recliner, but the rest, I think you would really need to pull and stretch it to fit a large one. I love the design, so country looking. It is soft, and I have sat in it and it does not get untucked even when I recline. My recliner is new, but plain and I wanted something pretty to set off my new curtains behind the chair and of course to keep my chair clean as I do have dogs. The material is not thick, but not real thin either. Kind of like a tee shirt thickness. Which for me is perfect. The flowers are not bright, and that is good. I do not like designs that jump out at you. Just a soft looking design. I have not washed it yet. Also my recliner does not have legs, it is a swivel rocker and recliner all in one and it has a round base that the chair sits on. If you have the same thing, what I did was take the arm strap and tied it to the back strap. If you don't, the back bottom has nothing to attach itself too and will just hang loose. I have sent this photo to family and friends and they really like it.

This will definitely neither fit a large recliner or even a medium-sized recliner.
I have a Lane ladies small recliner. I had to stretch and stretch to get it just to fit it. I’m having trouble with the seat part staying tucked in the back, but I’m resolving it with a pool noodle cut in half and stuffed down there to keep it tucked in. I definitely will buy a one piece recliner cover next time, like I previously did. I didn’t realize this was in four pieces.

Recliner covered like a boss!!!!
Ok so everyone but a few said this was a bugger to put on and i have to disagree somewhat with that. Only the left arm was an awkward thing to put on. I read the directions carefully twice before I started and then i threw them away as soon as I realized that they are wrong. The elastic loop is not towards the front when you stand behind the chair. It is most definitely to the back!!!! Once I didn't follow the instructions i had no problem other than the left arm. But as you can see from the photos (i hope), i was successful!!!! Hooray for me!!!! I love this cover and it is the best one i have tried so far. I have tried a lot of them. Fabric is nice and my daughter loves that it is tight on there and not slouchy like the last one.

Better than expected
Somehow, my sitting room inherited a lovely brown pseudo suede recliner (that I bought during a momentary lack of reason) and it attracts kitty hair in gobs. Having poured over the reviews, I took a chance on this. Glad I did. If you are on the fence, like I was, expect a soft, easy fit and intuitive install (to my hubby) who had this cover on in under 3 minutes. I will still cover this with a blanket for the fur balls as I am not sure that it would hold up to the occasional kitty nail getting stuck on fabric, but it certainly gave the chair a much needed makeover.

Love it!!
Love this slipcover!Took my time putting it on and it fits like a glove. I have a very small lazey boy in my bedroom and this looks great. It is very soft and pretty.If it doesn’t hold up I will buy another one next year but I think it will be fine. It seems to be very good quality. I bought the blue floral and I love it even my husband likes it he said it makes the chair look brand new.

Excellent product!
Wow! I love this cover. It looks exactly as the picture shows. It is so soft and fits perfectly. It comes in 4 pieces that are very easy to put on. I haven't left a star on "easy to clean" as I have only had it on my chair for a couple of weeks. I highly recommend!

Quality
I was quite impressed with the final look of this. I was expecting I would have to return it but to my surprise it fit just like the picture. At first it seemed a bit confusing but with the help of another person we got it . Would recommend if you're trying to cover an unwanted fabric. I do find however that after sitting in it it does slip up (the seat fabric) and have to tuck it back in. This is why I gave it 4*

Pretty but....
Its pretty but i had a very hard time putting the arm covers,,it was small that i tore the garters,,i had painful hands after putting them on. There is no hole for the handle so i cut it..the cloth is vey soft i like it but if you will ask me if i will purchase it again,,my answer is NO..

The hooks are only good if you have legs on the chair.my chair is on a swivel so doesn’t fit
