Mack's Dreamgirl Soft Foam Earplugs, 50 Pair, Pink - Small Ear Plugs, Soft, But Not Small Enough
Mack's Dreamgirl Soft Foam Earplugs, 50 Pair, Pink - Small Ear Plugs: No measurements for these, but I hoped that the hollowed center would make a difference in my short, narrow ear canals. I tried cutting off 1/4" of the wide end, but that cuts off most of the hollow section in these, so they don't collapse as well and ooze out like all the others. I've looked at children's, which might fit better, but the reviews weren't that encouraging. Really would like to find ear plugs that fit and block out some of the parking lot noise at night.

Finally!
So I don’t usually write reviews but I could not be more happy with a product. I am an EXTREMELY light sleeper and don’t normally get too much of it. I wake up constantly by the slightest noise. So bad that I don’t usually end up staying in the same bed as my boyfriend because of his light snoring. I have tried literally everything - melatonin, zzquil, NyQuil, every type of sleep mask, headband, ear buds, ear plugs, Somnee (electrical stimulation), every type of white noise and machine/supplement, you name it. I was honestly just beginning to lose hope and accept that I will just never get a good nights sleep. Then I tried one last thing - these ear plugs. My ears are small and every other plug I’ve tried has either not been comfortable enough to fall asleep with them in and/or doesn’t cancel out the noise. I woke up from 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep with these. Stayed in bed with my boyfriend the entire night who said I didn’t even budge when our dog woke up twice during the night. I forgot what it felt like to get a good nights sleep until these. Total game changer!

Great for more than just sleeping...
I have been using these for over a year, buying smaller packages, finally just bought the larger one, less expense and hassle overall. Like others, I have small ear canals that are semi-sensitive, regular ear plugs tend to hurt / ache after awhile, even some of the softer ones. I primarily use these for work, sometimes for riding or using motorized equipment and target shooting practice. I can have these in place for several hours without discomfort, I will usually remove them for short periods of time (breaks/lunch) to give my ears a rest and to air out. 10 hr work shifts are no problem using this technique. I would recommend marking one of the ear plugs on the outside end with a pen so you are putting the same plug back into the same ear to minimize the transferring of any "germs" to the other ear, if you have them. And of course, these work decently for sleeping.

Little ears? These are the earplugs for you!
So let me start by saying I've tried other foam earplugs to sleep in and always woke up with an earache from the pressure on my ear canal. I just got a puppy so figured I would order these. Now, foam earplugs are notoriously "ok" compared to other noise-canceling products- However, when I paired these with my white noise machine, my puppy's chirping (kennel training- think ferberizing a baby) was nearly entirely drowned out. They took the sharp loud squeaks down to a muffled chirp so it was nice to know I could hear her in case anything happened but also helped me sleep when she was just protesting sleeping in her own kennel. They never fell out, never caused any additional pressure and I love that they're so bright because I could find them easily if I took them out temporarily. The quantity and price make it a great deal! (Bonus points because I love the pink!)

Almost perfect!
I am very sensitive to sound, and I just started dorming and my roommate is incredibly loud and makes this awful noise with her mouth when we are trying to sleep. I have no idea what the hell she is doing, but it ain't snoring. It sounds like she is eating food without closing her mouth, which she does anyways but that's been driving me up the wall. These have saved my roommate from being strangled by me. I was shocked at how much noise they really keep out! I sleep with a fan basically right next to my head on my nightstand and I cannot hear it at all. I can hear doors open and close slightly, but I cannot hear my roommate anymore. Of course I do have trouble putting them in my ear sometimes, but I just have to get the hang of it. My ears are also very small and these fit me really nicely. In the morning I do wake up with my ears just a little sore from the ear plugs, but I can live with that. I can sleep really easily with them in and I can lay on either side and they don't bother me! Small tip is to really squish the tip of the earplug, I mean really squish it till it looks like a mini sword and put it in your ear. That's how it will stay in your ear the entire night and block out as much sound as they can.

Too small
I don’t know if my ear canals are unusually large or something but these were too small for me. I’ve been using the honeycomb earplugs for years which state that they are slimmer than standard earplugs so I thought that these would work for me as well. These are so small they feel like they may go too far into my ear canal and I wouldn’t be able to retrieve them. Would probably be great if you have a problem with all other earplugs being too large but these did not work for me.

Great for sleeping
These cancel almost all noise as long as you get them inserted well. Only downside is sometimes they are in so well they get hard to grip to pull out.

Best noise cancelling & comfortable
Love these! I have noise sensitivity due to Severe Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, and these are the best ear plugs I've used in years. They cancel almost everything out. They're small and soft enough to fit in my left ear which is much smaller than the right and often hurts to put plugs in. These are comfortable and go quite deep and create a good seal. Blocks out chatter and traffic noise. Dad has even been drilling holes in walls for curtain rails in the next room and I've not heard more than a slight hum! Also comfortable to lie on. I'll definitely be using these regularly from now on!

Not sure on these
Okay so these earplugs don’t fully cancel noise out, they also leave some pink dye inside of your ears. They are mostly comfortable to wear as I have small ear canals and they fit perfectly however they do tend to slip out sometimes. This could also be down to the hot weather and maybe my ears are sweating, I don’t know but I’m not 100% about these plugs and will probably order different ones next time. You do get a lot for your money though and I love the fact that they come in a bottle like container for ease of use.

The only ones I buy
As I sleep with a snorer these have probably saved our relationship. They are very comfortable, softer than others I have tried, not as big but they expand to fit.

Still too big ????
These are the smallest and softest earplugs I can find, and they still make my ears hurt by the end of the night. Maybe I have an extremely small head and need child size earplugs. I’ve started slicing a third of the earplug off to make them more comfortable, but they still hurt even then. Noise cancellation is okay, loud noises get through but at least I can’t hear my boyfriends loud breathing anymore.

Perfect
Perfect for my small ears. Before I bought smaller pack, but this time I got 50 pair pack and I am happy, it is soft, it is reducing all noise, and it is easy to use and sleep with.
