Good starter machine for the bedroom, but...

Small so it will fit in a medium sized tool box for storage. It does have a good thrust length but the claim that the extension increases the length is false. In order to increase the actual thrust, the small part that spins at the back needs to be wider. Increasing the length of the pole only makes it stick out 3 inches further. It comes with a average sized toy and the machine does well with it. If you put anything larger on it, there isn't enough weight to keep the machine from moving around. Put a XL toy on it, and it will get pushed backwards. Update** I took the score down to 3 stars. The base is not wide / heavy enough to work at the higher speeds. You need to go up in speed for the device to cycle back and forth. At slow speeds, it isn't strong enough to go in and out. But, when you turn it up, the machine starts to flop around. You can't push it up against a wall (it will ding and scratch it the wall), but the spinning arm will hit the wall too. The design would be better if they moved the motor forward or make the stand longer in the back so you could anchor it down somehow.

I love the machine but customer service is extremely lacking.

I love the machine. However, once the motor burnt up after only about 6 months, customer service was less than helpful. I was NEVER looking for a freebie. I understood I was outside of the warranty period but was not given an option to buy a replacement or at the very least given the specs of the motor so that I could source my own.

Pain to drag out and put together. I hardly use it now. Wish I could return. I thought I would use it a lot. I wish the remote wasnt on a dildo itself. It's not hard to put together but it is a pain to set up if you don't have the option of leaving it out. Has to be on flat surface.

Excellent Product

Awesome. 10/10. The machine is even better quality than I was expecting. High quality steel throughout. The motor didn't even get warm after half an hours use. The stroke length is great at 6.5 "(16+ cm), the power is as much as you could need (60w), all parts included and all work well. The power controller takes any where from 110v-240v, so if you live overseas like I do you just need a cheap cord that plugs into the adapter with your power outlet end on it, cost me $7 at Jaycar. The motor is so quiet you don't hear it, though the noise comes from the control arm turning around. It makes less noise than the average conversation, though I will have to find the best platform to use it on as the thump from its movement made a bit of noise on my bed. Sounded just like someone riding an exercise bike. Good speed/power range. At low very quiet and slow, and on high it gives a powerful thrust akin to rough sex. Don't waste money buying cheaper machines, they are plastic and besides being made poorly they don't stroke very far either. This machine is perfect and heavy duty. Well designed. If there is anything remotely negative to say about it, the amount of angle adjustment could be better. If it was closer to 180 degree rather than 45 it would be nice. As others have said, the packaging is discreet and there is Styrofoam everywhere because it falls apart in transit. Bit of a mess but ah well. Wish I had bough this years ago, many good times to be had. Highly recommended.

Horrible for the money it's lights all over the place it won't stay in place to use no matter what surface you put it on. You cannot put it up against the wall because the mechanical rotating arm is too long and will hit the wall. I had to make all kinds of adapted parts to make it work. Also the bolts and nuts fell apart I have to keep repairing it. Not worth the money don't waste your time.

Amazing product, crap packaging

This thing is amazing. Same complaint as others with the packaging though, it fell apart before it was even delivered to me, had to vacuum the machine off a couple times before I felt comfortable bringing it to a friend's house, but it's a great machine. I bought it for my own personal use, as well as to be able to transport it to & from friend's or partner's houses or conventions. The box that it was delivered in was a plain brown box. Inside of that was the package itself - the box with the company & product name, the machine inside, packed with styrofoam, etc. The plain brown box it was shipped in is what I am forced to use to transport it, so that no one can tell what's inside of it, but I'm very disappointed that I couldn't keep the styrofoam it came in because the styrofoam came apart & got EVERYWHERE. The original box it came in, the box with all the information on it about what the machine actually is, was also very flimsy. The bottom of that box fell out the first time that I got the machine out. This makes transportation a bit more difficult, & I wouldn't be comfortable taking it across state lines if I needed to for a convention. No complaints about the machine itself, it works great for me, as well as on my male partners. Have been recommending it to all of my friends. I will be looking into additional attachments very soon.

I loved this machine

I loved this machine. I had two great months with it. I made sure to use plenty of lubrication on the toy, and made sure to use the provided machine lubricant. Even with doing all of this, the motor locked up in two months. Now I have an unusable machine. Very disappointed for the price paid.

Great bang for the $ !

Great product! They need to modify the angling on it so that it can go verticle, but its got ALOT of torque & speed! It also has the ability to change the stroke depth. Up to 8" of stroke. Really hits those deep spots! Controller is incorporated on a separate lead that also doubles as an INCREDIBLY strong vibrator! Its lite and its quiet. If a woman cannot be satisfied by this machine, then nobody is gonna do it!
