Great for a small person!
This rollator is perfect for my mother. She is very short 4’ 7” & the regular size rollator was too cumbersome for her. Plus she has narrow doorways & kept running into them with the regular size. This one goes thru much better & she isn’t tripping over the wheels on this one. The only draw back is that since she is heavier she can’t sit on the seat as easy, but I got it more for her to carry her laundry & such from room to room then for her to sit on. So it works perfect for what she needs. It is so lightweight it’s easy for my father to lift & put in the car. It’s seems to be just as stable as the larger size & much easier for little ole mom to maneuver. Thank you for a solution to our problem!!

Compact size
We have a couple of narrow doors and this walker is the answer. Only 20” wide and fits perfectly. Very pleased and it seems to be well made.

Little walker
This walker is great for petite people. It’s narrow enough to fit through narrow doorways inside homes. Has the safety features that are needed for my mom to navigate through her home comfortably.

Great size
As a petite person, the size is perfect. Couldn't find a single rollator any smaller and comes mostly assembled. The wheels could roll a little more smoothly and it is kind of stiff making turns, but hopefully it will prove more sturdy and durable than my last walker, a Nova w/ crappy brakes that detach and no longer function. Will also be trying to replace the wire basket it comes with for a fabric one as having to constantly remove it to fold the rollator up is a hassle and I like having some storage when I'm using it. Still a good choice, overall.

NO brake locks, handles stay loose, no assembly instructions, wires catch widely
The person i bought this for wanted to love it, is so thankful to be walking upright again despite it having serious problems and needing to return it as defective. They are 5 feet, 5 inches tall, slim-medium build, with lots of injuries, balance, and joint problems. The height fits just right, the seat is snug, have to sit at an angle. It fits through 27 inch doorways, including 2 inches for the door and hinges, meani g it fits through 25 inch spaces, but be careful of the wires. Too many problems, though. The instruction booklet DOESN’T include anything about assembly, except to take it out of the box first. I wish i could help the reviewer whose relative suffered great pain from screws touching her hips, because i think she might have put the handle length knobs inside instead of outside the frame. The handle length knobs on this one need tightening before every use, and the handles are hard and rough, but at least not slippery. At first, it was confusing for me to get the handles in the right tubes. I couldn't tell front from back and had to use a magnifier to see the tiny part of the picture that shows which is the back. I didn’t install the basket for fear of rattling. I wish it had a pouch instead. The brake locks don’t exist. But the handle brakes do work for regular braking, which just pauses the wheels, not a sudden, hard stop, or a lasting stop for safe sitting. If you have grip or hand problems, you might have trouble squeezing the brakes long enough for more than a quick pause, and trouble folding it since the strap in the middle is really just a string. It folds front to back, not side to side. The seat and back brace are thickly padded and hard, not comfortable. It doesn't tip if we sit very carefully without the brakes locked. The wheels are quiet and steady indoors. It turns sort of in place, only a couple feet extra each side needed. It was a lot heavier than we expected, we could barely get it out of the box, even laying it down and carefully dragging it out instead of lifting, but we couldn't weigh it to check. The brake wires stick out like wings and catch on knobs, handles, and anything we walk by. The frame looks and is heavy like steel, not aluminum. On the surface, we were sent the wrong color, and there are gobs of solder at each joint, so it might not be perfect if you need it to look very pretty, like for a special gift. Overall, it isn't safe, and we are returning it for another brand.

Narrow door? Yes this may work!
Like its larger cousin, the Lumex RJ4301R Walkabout Lite Junior Rollator, Burgundy is not very pretty or modern, but it is strong and sturdy. The rollator is a walker on wheels. I measured 21 inches width which includes the bolts on the wheels. My bathroom doorway is 21 1/2 inches. After going on a cruise and traveling by plane, I realized that the cousin to the Junior Rollator was too awkward to repeatedly expand and contract. Even though the cousin rollator folds flat, it's very wide and thick. I needed something more compact. I ordered a different "euro" style rollator that folds compactly, but I still needed a rollator that would fit through a 21 1/2 inch bathroom doorway and a 22 inch Carnival Cruise balcony cabin doorway without collapsing the rollator every time I entered a doorway. Each cruise line publishes its accessible room measurements. On Carnival Cruise Line, standard doorways are 22 inches. In addition, I needed a rollator that would roll down an airplane hallway or help me get to a restroom. Sitting down would be a luxury. When I sit, I need space for 17.5 inches. The seat will fit my bottom, but the metal frame takes away precious space. With the Lumex RJ4301R Walkabout Lite Junior Rollator, Burgundy, I have to turn sideways and angle myself into the seat. I have large bones, so my hip bones cannot pass the metal frame to sit comfortably in the seat. The seat itself has plenty of space for my bottom, I simply cannot fit through the metal frame. Instead, I sit uncomfortably on the edge of the seat which takes the weight off my ankle but is quite uncomfortable. I have ordered a different Euro style rollator for daily use outside the home that is easier to fold up and down and takes up less cargo space than my current cheaper average size rollator. The Lumex RJ4301R Walkabout Lite Junior Rollator, Burgundy does exactly what I need it to do - give me back my independence to quickly get into the bathroom and out again. I am facing the possibility of a second surgery, so I know what's important in a walker and want to get the right walker for my situation. If a second surgery is required, I can place my knee into the walker seat and use the walker as a temporary knee bike (which I also purchased on Amazon.) The handlebar grips are too short for a 5'8, 190-pound person to use long term. I may follow another reviewer's tip and drill holes to lengthen the height of the rollator handlebars. I would have preferred that the metal basket was made from fabric to make transport easier. The metal basket is quite sturdy. The overall construction is strong and sturdy - built to last. This is a good walker for petite people. Tall people can modify this walker. Hips wider than 16 inches cannot fit through the frame to sit comfortably. This rollator should fit through 22-inch doorways and cruise ship doorways. I was not paid for this review. I hope you found it useful.
