best topper
I ordered one and returned it because one of the squares was not as full as the others. I was really impressed with the product and decided to order again and hope for a perfect one. The second one I received is great. I am glad I ordered it. this topper is way bigger and thicker than all the other toppers on amazon (that I have seen). it is dense and thick like you expect the other crappy ones to be. this is not a lame limp pillow topper, it actually has some substance, you will be impressed like I was if you order this, especially if you have tried a few of the others that claim to be thick and overstuffed but actually are lame.

Good Product.
This is very soft and feels very good. We have had it about a month now and it does show where you have been sleeping. It will puff back up a little before the next time you sleep and it does continue to make the bed softer. I would recommend this to anyone looking to make their bed a little softer.

Storage bag????
A couple of years ago I ordered a Full size down alternative fiber bed topper through Amazon. It came in a beautiful zippered plastic bag with a handle. It made folding it up and storing it very simple since I use it on my guest convertible couch. I just received the same in a Queen. It came in a thick plastic bag that had the air sucked out of it and I had to cut it open. Now if I need to store this topper it will be a nightmare! I think that for an item that cost close to $100.00 it should have included a proper storage bag as on my previous purchase. I’m disappointed!

Very happy with this Lucid 3" mattress topper.
Had tried several other mattress toppers including a gel memory foam (which my body sank too low in after about 15 minutes). This topper provides a very good cushion above my too firm 2 year old mattress. It has provided some good relief for my husband's and my shoulder pain from too firm a mattress. We have used for about 6 weeks now and it has remained fluffy. We do fluff it up a bit when we change the sheets but the filling does not seem to thin out and slide around as some other toppers have done for us. I recommend this mattress topper to help remedy too firm of a mattress. It seems to be of very good quality. We also put a thin mattress cover on top of this one to prevent having to wash this topper often because it will likely not fit in our top loading washing machine.

excellent for an extra firm Mattress
UPDATE: 02/09/23 This mattress topper doesn’t disappoint! I haven’t had to fluff it much. Maybe once a month. It does not overheat me - meaning it doesn’t run hot. I hardly notice it’s even on the bed, and it doesn’t compromise the extra firmness of my mattress. It’s almost as though it’s apart of the mattress itself Eventually I’ll order another for my guest room. ———————————————————————- I have an extra firm Heirloom mattress that is perfect for my Lupus but it’s missing that soft cushy feeling of a plush or pillow top. This topper gave me just that without compromising the firmness of the mattress. It’s so plush you melt right in! I dont think that it’s holds my body heat which is good. Plus my husband is a heat generator and he doesn’t feel it’s hot either. As far as flatness goes It’s just like a pillow that needs to be fluffed every now and then so I just fluff it when I change my sheets every week. The loft comes right back.

A little extra cushion
This mattress topper was a great addition to the top of our king size mattress. Our mattress is firm and while pregnant I needed a little extra softness and cushion. Side sleeping is no joke!

Makes sleeping a dream come true
This is my second 3" down alternative mattress topper. I have arthritis in my hips and lower back and could rarely sleep a few hours without having to wake up from pain and switch positions. I sleep soundly without pain now. I have not washed it yet but even if it fell apart I would buy a new one because it works so effectively for me. The first one I bought has not lost any fluffiness in a year. I frequently change the sheets over it so have not seen any soil, smell or stains to have a reason to wash it. But I hear that for some people it did not wash well. I think it would need and industrial washer which is larger than a home washer

Sadly Returned
This would have been perfect if 4 of the baffle pockets had the same fill as the rest of the topper. Unfortunately, the placement of the 4 missing the fiber fill pockets was right where I would sleep, instead of on the sides or top/bottom. Yes, I am disappointed. It fluffed beautifully, except for the areas missing the fiber fill. It also did not arrive in the original packing. It was shrink wrapped in a clear bag, but the product content was not inside, but sitting on the floor of the box. I paid for NEW, and suspect this was a repackaged return. So, yes I am disappointed.

the nicest topper ever!
these toppers are excellent quality, exactly what i was hoping for! we felt like we were sleeping on a cloud all nite! no sore points in the morning, and slept all nite not tossing and turning! I am usually a side sleeper, but found myself at times on my back, and was so comfortable, i didnt want to move! I definately recommend these toppers, and i did lots of research and picked the one with very very few negative reviews, and am completely satisfied with these!

Cozy
While I was hoping this topper could provide a little more in the way of cushioning, it’s very comfy and adds a layer of softness that I was looking for. I also appreciate the company’s inclusion of a product description and info about the warranty on the topper in the shipment. This speaks to quality and customer focus. Like the company name, too. I recommend it!

Like sleeping on clouds
Was looking forward to this arriving! I've been sleeping on it for about 2-3 weeks now, and wow! I look forward to going to bed each night and dread having to get out. It's incredibly comfortable and I've even noticed my back pain has disappeared. I was a bit skeptical when I first pulled it from the box. It was super puffy and looked awesome, but it was about 6 inches to narrow and 3 inches to short when I layed it on my king mattress. But once I pulled the straps under the mattress to hold it in place it stretched out nicely and fit great. My mattress protector and fitted sheet fit very nicely over top. I haven't yet had to re-poof it yet as mentioned in other reviews. I recommend this to everyone who asks! So comfy.
