I research thoroughly everything I buy. Rarely something is off. Returning or replacing is a snap!
I am refurbishing an apartment that I put in for my mother. These blinds strangely came in on what would have been her 97th birthday. I haven't put the blinds up yet but I can say this: They are superior to the same faux wood ones that I am replacing. They are more sturdy. They are more attractive. I have read the install instructions and have no doubt the install will be a snap. I took the blinds out and the fit is perfect. Everything so far is exactly as I expected. If I remember correctly, the blinds I had before were a little more expensive. Regardless, I checked out plenty of blinds and sizes. These were the best in reviews, quality and value.` If by some reason I encounter a snag. No worries. Amazon has a return and replacement policy that is non-plussed. I am a senior with some health issues. Amazon is a Godsend for me. I get everything I possibly can through Amazon. Amazon Fresh has made my life so much better too. There are no words to tell you how I dreaded going to the market. It was so difficult, painful and exhausting. I need groceries. My friends at Amazon will bring them shortly. Plus, I just have to spend $35 for free delivery. When a person is older or has health problems and lives alone, Amazon is the ticket!

I absolutely love these blinds!
I really love these blinds, great quality, very sturdy, and they fit my window perfectly! They arrived very well packaged and were in perfect condition. They did take several months to arrive due to being out of stock, but that's happening everywhere these days so understandable. They were definitely worth the wait! They were very easy to install and instructions were easy to follow. My window width is exactly 30" wide and they fit perfectly. I chose to mount them from the top corners of the window. They aligned nice and straight in the window and operate smoothly when opening and closing. (You may notice some extra slats at the bottom. That was my choice to get the standard out-of-the-box cut, they will custom cut to fit your window length exactly if requested. I don't mind the extra slats, it works just fine.) They feel very sturdy and are a nice quality, with a good weight. The slats are a good thickness. And they look beautiful! I took one star off of my rating because the blinds are supposed to be white, but they are really a light tan or ivory color. The box says they are white, and the picture on the box looks white, but the blinds themselves are clearly not (see my second pic, compare color of blinds to the white moulding around the window.) This was not a huge issue for me because I don't mind the color, but others might be unhappy if they really want white blinds. Other than the color issue, these are awesome blinds and I highly recommend!

Wrong pieces…finally found a way to request new ones.
We installed these blinds, which wasn’t exactly easy, and, when we went to add the rod that opens/closes the blinds, we realized it had the wrong attachment. The rod in the box had a hook on the end, but the blinds require a rod that “plugs” into the top. I am certainly not going to ask my husband to take these blinds down so that we can return them, but, at the same time, I can’t find any email address that allows me to request a new rod. I’m pretty disappointed. Edit: I finally found an email address for the company. They responded quickly and will be sending a new part.

I measured incorrectly
These were beautiful products, perfect color but the issue i measured the incorrectly and I did notice this until after the return date...but I will buy them again!

Not white
The blinds are decent for the money, but they are not white as advertised.

High Quality but no "End Caps"
This is high quality product and works very well. The only complaint is that lack of end caps for an outer window mount. So if you are concerned about appearance, it's a problem. Everything else is top notch. There was a reference to the lack of end caps by the manufacture in another post and ability to provide persons who can provide them. If the manufacture reads this post, please provide such information to me. Everything is great, but the exposed end caps. So if there is a way to fix that by purchasing additional items, I would like to do that.

You get what you pay for…white is not white
First, these are ridiculously inexpensive for what you get but you do get what you pay for. Mounting hardware is crap and the paint peeled off before we were done. Screws are crap…buy good 2” wood screws. And finally, these are off white. After finally getting rid of all the yellowish trim I was ticked off these are not white but had no choice but to use them for now. Overall great value but just know these are NOT WHITE.

Left space on the sides
I don't like the space it left on the sides and it is a pain that you can't touch the bottom or it goes up! If I hadn't bought 8 for all my windows I would have returned them
