Snowflake shape. Heavy but not hard to handle. Worth it's weight in precious stones. Save my countertops from being burned/damaged. - paying for rent stinks and the kitchen is old world particle borad with a slap of linoleum very tiny 5x 8 kitchen. Lodge is legendary in my family. We love cast iron cookware and I recently purchased a Dutch oven from Lodge and this hotplate was attached to it. Made apple pie filling in the Dutch oven and let it sit on this to cool. These two things are all I ever wanted for Christmas for 4 years...I decided to get it for my birthday. In love. Definitely gonna buy again, hopefully when I get a bigger kitchen.

Exactly what I was seeking
Purchased as a gift for my sister-in-law together with a Lodge Dutch oven. She was overjoyed to receive both. One weird note - the trivet is now hanging on her wall. Go figure!

Wonderful addition to a kitchen
Purchased this Dutch oven for my daughter who cooks for her husband and 4 children. She loves it and has used it at least 2-3 times a week for roasts, soups, stews and casseroles. It roasts faster and produces great tasting meals. Cleanup is a breeze as well.

Nice looking design and very handy to have!
I think this item is beautiful, I love Wintery snowflake type of designs anyhow. I wanted it for my wall in kitchen and I actually grab for it more than I thought. It comes in handy by the stove counter area. Use it more than I thought I would. Pretty and useful! (I will note that it was supposed to come with a hanger loop, which it did but the part of cast iron it was attached to was broken during shipping,one can't tell from the front and I just put a screw in the wall and slide the snowflake on it to hang without the little loop thing. Worked out fine...I could have sent back for replacement but I just didn't feel like doing that for such a small flaw..it's still a nice piece as is)

Excellent and stylish trivet
Got this trivet because the silicon ones we had were getting burned a little from hot items. Has feet on it with rubber covers that raises about 1/4" off the table, which is nice. Has a key ring if you want to ever hang it for display, but I just took that off since we won't be doing that.

Sturdy trivet for my Lodge cast iron pans
I am a cast iron and carbon steel user and need a trivet that can take high temperatures as well as a lot of weight. This Lodge trivet does the job well and with the ceramic coating is very easy to clean.

Artículos muy dañados
Las 2 piezas llegaron muy dañadas. Con la pintura despostillada. Una decepción, parecen usados o que mandaron el saldo que no pasó control de calidad. Las estoy devolviendo, espero el reembolso completo
