I’ve seen better

Let me start off by saying that the ONLY reason we are keeping this is because it was an urgent need. Our boxer had TPLO surgery and we needed an area to confine her to for the next 12 weeks. Having to be in one area 90% of the day.. her kennel is just too small for her to be comfortable. First off the box looked like it had been beaten with a bat. They advertise this as black but it’s actually grey. It’s a cheap metal that can easily be bent. We had to actually take half of it apart just to get it to function. Majority of the knobs wouldn’t line up. In order to tighten it… you have to use an Allen wrench. You can’t just twist like you can on others. The fiction of the door is just wonky.. I can’t explain it any other way. Needless to say I am highly upset that I spent $150+ on this And I am pretty much forced to keep it. We can’t continue to break down and put back up gates around our fur baby when she’s supposed to be kept still. Taking down and putting up another gate is just going to stress her out. The recovery to her type of surgery is not something to take likely. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed in a product.

Perfect pen! Highly recommend! I bought two sets so I could mix and match and play with the sizing as needed for my 50+ lb 6mo Silver Lab puppy. Currently this is two sets minus two panels and measures approx 70-72inches. It’s very sturdy and the auto close-latch door is so convenient. It’s perfect for a growing puppy. And for those curious the bed is actually a crib mattress with a waterproof mattress protector and $9 fitted crib sheet- All significantly cheaper than a large dog bed if and when he chews it up. Also pictured is a non-slip 72in washable puppy pad that I use to protect my tile floors/grout from him slinging water everywhere whenever he takes a sip. All in all a great purchase!

Does the job, but cheaply made

We got this for use around our wood burning stove. It is sturdy enough and does the job we got it for. However it was pretty tricky and time consuming to install. The corners are supposed to lock so it can't be moved/change shape, but my 2 year old is still able to shake it and make it move and change shape. Also the gate to go through is pretty flimsy. All you have to do is pull it slightly and it opens so we have had to secure it extra with some mini bungy cords. Overall it does the job, but seems to be cheaply made.

Very sturdy and good quality for price

Very happy with this, it will last for many years and serve us with our first toddler and the second on the way. Very little assembly required. Easy.

Broken latch

We bought this gate to put around our pellet stove so our toddler wouldn’t get to close to it and be tempted to touch it and burn herself. We were happy to receive it a day earlier then expected but disappointed to find out it was broken. When the box arrived it was all damaged but the gate itself seemed to be wrapped well inside the box. It was not until we set it up that we realized that the latch was broken on the door to open and shut the gate. It is bulky and most likely will be a pain to return.

Great product and manufacturer

Need something to block off our pellet stove, and this was perfect. We took a panel off and then needed another mount because we now needed two of the same connection. I contacted the manufacturer and they quickly sent us one free of charge! Couldn't be happier with the entire process.
