Smart idea but hard to get open at first.
These can be a challenge to get open, they sort of need to be broken in a little to be able to use them easily if you have inflammation in your hands. They hold a lot of powdered mix in each of the three wells. Nice quality, I ordered a second one.

Hard to open and close
I’ve had 3 other formula dispensers and this one has been the hardest to open, close, and turn to other compartments.

It’s very hard to turn, very cheap. Purchase the munchkins or Dr. Browns brand instead.

Handy formula container
We have a few of these floating around our house, and at first I didn't really understand their purpose. Our daughter can really gobble up a lot of formula, though, and we do need some with us anywhere we go. Their function is simple. I measure out three big bottles worth of formula into each of the three compartments. (Big for her is six ounces, but you can easily put more formula in each third of the container). I also fill three sterilized bottles with distilled water, and cap them. The three bottles and the formula container go into one compartment of our diaper bag with a few burp clothes. That makes it extremely easy to prepare a bottle when on the go. Our daughter greatly prefers breast milk, but sometimes that just isn't working when out of the home, so this really just gives us a little reassurance that we can handle a day trip (or potentially a road trip). The one thing that makes or breaks all of these containers is how well the lid stays on when you pop the little opening. Some of them are too dainty and if everything pops off and spills it's frustrating, This one, though cheap looking (and cheap costing) does the job well. I can remove the opening with my thumb and have never had the whole lid come off accidentally, because there's enough tension. Rotating the lid to the right divider is still easy. Formula only comes out if I shake the hell out of the container, but all brands are like that. It looks plain. The 'nicer' ones I have are colorful and have more artistic physical shapes. This one works better and I don't really care that it's plain. It's survived the top rack of my dishwasher without incident multiple times. I wouldn't buy a more expensive one. You're supposed to eventually use these to store snacks when your baby grows up, but each divider is small that I'm not sure I'd really want to. I did put three dipping sauces into the container and dip french fries through the port to make my wife mad, and found that this actually worked surprisingly well, but for carrots and grapes the serving sizes would be too small.

This dispenser is a Godsend! Great for more than just baby formula!
This 3 compartment formula dispenser is wonderful for carrying protein powder in! The lid turns easily so you can chose which compartment you want to dispense powder from, and it dispenses my protein powder easily with no leaking from the lid. I love that I can choose which flavor I feel like having and I only have to tote this compact little container with me instead of lugging larger containers around, or worse yet, the actual bag(s) of my protein powder or powdered super food. The fact that it easily fit the exact amount of protein powder I need for a shake into each compartment means I don't have to travel with a scoop or measure out from a larger tupperware the amount of powder for each shake, just pre-fill this dispenser, grab my shaker bottle, and head out the door. It's been an absolute godsend while traveling. It fit easily into my lunch tote with plenty of room to spare, has been super easy to clean, and best of all, there are NO leaks whatsoever. I've also tried using it for very small snacks such as shelled pumpkin or sunflower seeds and wasabi peas - they dispense easily as well, and it's nice to have that little extra for portion control - it stops me from nibbling on more than what I intended! Overall, it's an excellent, very well made dispenser for more than just baby formula at a great price.
