Not the brightest and poor controls

The revolving knob or button on the light is poorly made and you have to hot melt in place when you get correct setting. I expected more from Lithonia. Light not that bright and designed poorly to mount on electrical box. You have to use caulk to get it water tight!

Bright, easily adjustable, versatile and attractive - but lacks a motion sensor

This is an attractive, well made light that's plenty bright for my application (replacing a traditional, wall-mount sconce style backyard patio light.) The two lamp heads are adjustable enough to direct the light where I want it, throwing light into regions of my yard that the incandescent bulb they replaced were always left in the dark. They're easy enough to adjust that I can just reach up and move them to suit the needs of the occasion (day-to-day security, backyard grilling, family get togethers, etc.) I also like that they're energy efficient, cool operating LEDs that won't burn my fingers when I adjust the lamp head angles. The adjustable color temperature is a nice feature, and I like that the control for this is an easily accessible knob on the front of the unit. This allow me to leave it in the coolest setting for day-to-day security use, and dial-down the light quality to the warmest setting (which is more comfortable on the eyes) when we're hanging out in the gard. The only negative to this light is that it doesn't have a motion sensor, but I knew that when I purchased it. At this price point I'd expect it to have that feature. For me this was be a five-star product of it has that, but I just feel that this deficiency justifies the loss of one star in my rating. I'd recommend this product to friends and family but I'd definitely point out the lack of a motion sensor.

No motion sensor

The only thing that could make this light any better is if it had a motion sensor. I'm not super concerned about that since I'm using this light in my backyard for when I let my dog out, and I don't need motion for that. The light is bright, well made and easy to install, and it looks nice. I also love that the light itself is a yellow glow instead of the bright white because it think it is less disturbing to my neighbors behind me.

Great improvement over halogen

This replaced a halogen floodlight. All parts were included. It was not clear if the unit supports non-motion (Switch activated only) but it does. You just spin the motion sensor cover until it is covered completely and there is no more motion sensing! With it being two rectangular panels, changing the angles is weird due to limited motion. This is in a place that does not matter luckily, but in a high traffic area any weird angles might look out of place. Brightness is good and the lense is fluted some so it disperses the light in a wide area.
