Easy to use. Ordered first one and the string was like melted to the rest of the string. Customer service was no 1 they got replacement product nearly a day later and product was 100%

Poor design

This spool doesn't fit older Craftsman trimmers. It has a narrowing at the top that prevents seating on the Trimmer. I had to unspool the line and red pool it on the old spool in order to use it. The line is fine, but the spool is worthless.

Happily surprised!

Believe it was about 18 months ago when I ordered the Craftsman weed eater/trimmer, it is still performing well for the limited use I need it for. Recently I used the last of the spool of trimmer line that came with the unit. The replacement unit was easy to fit into the trimmer and performs well. Another satisfied customer!

The string works fine but every one I get I have to drill the center hole out to fit the trimmer.
