Great little buffer
Works great until it doesn’t. Thought it’d last a bit longer than it did. Even bought the OPI brand thinking it would be be better quality than a generic brand. Apples to apples. No comparison.

3 times maximum
The reason I got this one was because it is supposed to be a good brand. However, you can only get a good use about 3 times after that the harder file has no surface whatsoever and creates only lines on your nails. I used another product by another brand like this before and that one did a much better job for a much longer duration.

You have found it!
This brilliance block is ev.er.y.thing. If you are looking for THE buffing block, stop the search. This is it. My nails look amazing, smooth, healthy, and are growing beautifully. Don't ask me how a buffing block can do that, it just can. I've tried them all, and this one wins.

OPI Buffer
The OPI buffer helps smooth away bumps or ridges on nails. I first got one of these in an OPI manicure kit which I would love to repurchase when it's available again. It helps prepare nails for polish.

Cool
This is my first nail buffer, and I am female, and it's easy, and it makes in my current case short nails shiny. I will use one again. I think it would be perfect if one area was a little more course, so I guess this and a file = perfect.

There seems to be two different textures on this buffer block. 12 smooth things out and the other to polish. The polisher finishes it to a glass like shine, like you have two coats of clear nail polish on.

Great for natural look or prepping for full on nailz
It works well if you like more natural nails. I’m trying to simplify my beauty refining and manicures with colors seemed like a good first step. Unless done at a salon with gel technology etc, they chip and look awful in a few days. So, I’m trying to just file, buff, and add a clear coat. This buffer helps even out ridges and if used with oil like argan, olive etc., adds enough shine that you could go without polish. It’s good for men, women, and children who want a tidy well-groomed appearance. If you want to do a full on manicure, even a DIY gel one, this will help you prep as well.

To thin and foamy it's going to wear out in no time
It's too soft and foamy I used this for 10 seconds before damaging the surface. The grit side does next to nothing. Super misleading product I thought it would have 4 different levels, not 2. Like literally the grit layer is so thin on top of the styrofoam you cant distinguish the two and the shine side is literally just styrofoam and not vinyl like ones I've used before. The shine part does its job but because you cant buff out any marks or nicks left behind from using a file with harsher grit, you can still see the little tiny scratches. I definitely had better success using this on dip nails than natural nails, but again needed and intermediate buff before I could even use this.

Not OPI quality
Buffer pads peeling off the buffer block upon first use. The product is falling apart and becoming unusable. I've been using dollar store and drug store nail buffers for years that have been better quality than this. Don't buy.

Disappointed
I was very careful not to overfile the top of nail & this was a very gentle file. Still it took too much off my delicate nails. The next day my nails were breaking off in chunks. The buffing (shine) part was ok. I'd like to add that I DO know what I'm doing when it comes to nails so just go very carefully (which I did but my nails are in very bad shape).

Good for a quick mani
It only has two sides. If you have ridges (like me), it won’t give you a perfect satiny smooth nail like a 4 step buffer. But if you want your nails to be presentable really quickly, this works great. What I really liked about it is that it’s enough for all 10 nails. I find with the 4 step ones, they usually stop working around 6-7 nails.

Smooth, no grit !
I would not buy this again....the 2 blue sides have any noticeable grit at all. the white side is to polish and does noting for natural nails. Very disappointed!!
