First heels I've been able to tolerate or like in almost 15 years!!!!
I am a bit of a bigger gal and have an old knee injury making heels a no go. BUT, I love heels and despite buying more shoes than I ev er should have and wear only once or maybe make it a few hours on a night out I just feel defeated. Until I bought these AMAZING shoes!!! I now have 2 colors and looking to buy more. Classic look, goes with pants or skirts, can dress up or down. I can even wear them 10+ hours walking around hospital as an administrator. I do have shoe stretchers and put them in each pair for a few days just to make sure to "break them in". Also the Sling back strap does slip some, but double sided fabric tape or antislip grips work great. No sore feet, blisters or even a sore knee. So many compliments!!

Not comfortable
I had high hopes for these heels. I had recently purchased Life Stride Teller peep-toe heels, which were really comfortable. These Gigi heels did not have any arch support. I could tell my feet would hurt and cramp in a matter of minutes. I returned them.

Nice shoes but not very comfortable
I bought these because I needed shoes a specific color and style for a wedding and these were exactly what I needed. I don't often wear heels, so it may just be me, but I thought these would be more comfortable than they are. They fit true to size, are the expected color, and are well made but I don't plan to buy any more of these and do not look forward to wearing these again. They were fine for the first few hours but I expected they would be something I could wear all day.

Nice quality
I liked the shoes, unfortunately I sent them back. I need a wider toe box. The quality of the shoe was very nice and the suede gave it that extra pizazz. I bought my regular size, the length was great but need a wider toe box.

Something wrong with the strap.
I love these shoes except that the strap on the right one slips down every second step I take. I tried them on when they arrived and they fit perfectly. I put them away for an event I had coming up. When I wore them that night it was extremely embarrassing because every two steps I had to stop and pull the strap up or risk having the shoe fall off altogether. I’ve tried making it looser and making it tighter. Nothing works. The left one is fine but the problem with the right one makes them completely useless. I can’t find any visible difference between the two shoes but there is obviously something wrong. It’s a shame that I didn’t discover the issue until it was too late to return them. Such a waste of money.

Too high
I’m not used to wearing heels so I regretted returning them. They were a very nice sling back and sorry I couldn’t keep them but I’m unsteady on my feet
