It's very visible. It's "Mostly" water proof. Mostly is because the size is completely wrong. So doesn't fit correctly. I am 6'5", and "fluffy" I got the 7x.....figured I could wear over riding clothes or jeans....never ever going to happen. The 7x is actually an US tight 4x or normal 5x...if that. Guess for the price, if you are a normal sized human, good for the money. Advice is, if you wear a 3x or 4x go 7x and you will be able to wear over clothes. It it pretty sturdy though, and breathes enough you want sweat you b%$#s off in high humidity.. Bottom line, great for slim or small people. Not so much for tall fluffy....oddly enough, the leagth is exactly right though...????

Hivizgard rain pants

I clicked 7X hoping to have the pants large enough to wear over Jean 's and have some wiggle room. What was logged on my order and shipped was XL. Anyway, the package has a size chart and according to it, a XL has a 54" waist and a 31" inseam. I wear 44" waist on my jeans and these rain pants were snug and that's with no jeans on. The inseam length was good The rain pants are made in China, so it seems in Chinese, 54" is much smaller than American 44" ! Amazon includes no size chart on the product description , so for what it's worth I'm going to tell you what's on the size chart printed on the package. Small - Waist 50", Length 26". Medium - W52", L27". Large - W54", L29". 2XL - W58", L33". 3X - W60", L34". 4X - W64", L34". 5X - W66", L35". 6X - W68", L35". 7x- W70",L36". Well I hope this helps you, just remember the waist sizes are much smaller.

Stay Dry While Directing Traffic

As a law enforcement officer. I was issued a Rain Coat. But when you are directing traffic in the rain the coat doesn't keep your uniform pants from getting wet and most of the time you are not able go home and change. So I can keep these in my cruiser put them over my uniform pants and stay dry. Had to use them the first day I got them and was very happy with them.

Decent fit and finish for the price. Snaps at cuff are a good feature. Pockets are pass through style. For sizing, I wear 30x30, and bought a medium. It's probably a half size too big, but better a little too big than too tight.

bought extra large as my last pair from another manufacturer were. could fit 2 legs into one side of pants. very wide leg for some reason. but overall good quality.

Do not breathe at all, will soak u underneath

Waterproof enough but you will sweat like a pig just walking. My sweatpants underneath were soaked

I wear a 42x32 the 4xl fit good in waist a tad bit long but they have the velcro on the bottom that helps them not drag Im a truck driver and deliver trusses in the PNW and wear these often in the rain
