Works as advertised
I have been switching from an old x10 automation system to Zigbee using an Echo Show 10 as a hub. On this particular light, 15 LED bulb chandelier, I had tried another manufacturer switch but had flicker issues when dimming. (Both switches are causing the light to toggle on and off at 100% dim setting. But that is almost certainly an issue with my fixture since it occurred with 2 different switches, GE and Leviton, and only on this specific light. I returned that one and installed this one. My Echo Show hub recognized the device and Alexa integration was easy. There is no flicker when dimmed. I also like that when the light is turned on it fades up to the current dim value. When turned off, it fades down to zero. The switch installs in a standard wall fixture. It is sold in white, but switch plates are available in various colors from Leviton on Amazon for around $5.00. Make sure you get the one for a dimmer switch. Amazon accidentally shipped the wrong model but replaced it and let me keep the wrong one. I will save it for the next Leviton switch that I buy. In summary, it installs easy, integrates with my hub with no issues, and works great!!

Dang near perfect.
Been using Leviton's DL6HD switches, which are almost zigbee, as if they were zigbee, and wondered why Leviton didn't make 'em zigbee. Well now they have. This switch is awesome. Cheaper and better than the dl6hd, it supports zigbee on_level, transition time, and every other cluster I've tried, and has less flicker than the dl6hd, which surprised me. Jasco's similar offering is good, but thists the bar for zigbee dimmers for me. Home assistant picked this switch up in zha perfectly. Nitpicking, there is room to improve. These complaints are super minor. The DD00R-DLZ is still pretty bad: it's slow to respond, dim-level indicator and pilot light don't behave like the main switch and don't seem configurable. The air-gap lever is too easy to trip on accident. It shipped with a crappy face plate, plastic packaging, and no color change kit: the DL6HD dimmers are a much nicer package with less crap. I used the DL6HD's manual to configure the pilot light, that should be easier to find. Document supported clusters! Some technical documentation would go a long ways. Scene control would be _real nice_.

Good dimmer with tactile feedback
Good dimmer. It has very good tactile feedback. The buttons feel soft and natural and has long travel. There is a click sound when you press them. Easy to install although you do need a neutral wire. The dimmer is slightly bulky but is smaller than other brand dimmers. Smartthings integration is flawless. You can set minimum brightness. I believe this is the only zigbee dimmer that has dedicated dimming buttons (as oppose to use long press to on the main paddle to dim).

Perfect Replacement for my old switch
ZigBee on this works great and the switch connected to my Alexa hub or to my Home Assistant hub just fine. Very fast response times when making changes remotely. Only thing I wish I could change is the on/off transition time. It's shows set as 0 but seems more like 2 seconds. Edit: The on to off and off to on transition time, power on brightness and power restored (on, off, previous) are all available settings but only if you know how to access them. These are all great settings to make available to users. Leviton should let users get to them.

Not compatible with Philips Hue Zigbee
Manual dimming works fine - but this is not compatible with the Philips Hue Zigbee standard - so you will need an additional zigbee hub. This was not clear from the packaging or description.

Do not purchase the Zigbee version
They were easy to install but impossible to keep properly connected to the Zigbee hubs. Had to return as the Zigbee version of the Leviton smart switches are non starters. Otherwise Leviton is a great brand with solid products except anything Zigbee related.

Works like a charm!
I have a whole bunch of Insteon switches that are slow to react and no longer available. Bought this Leviton Decora smart dimmer running on Zigbee. It communicates to Home Assistant via a Sonoff USB stick and response is pretty much instant, works exactly as it should and I'm no longer dependant on a defunct proprietary protocol (Insteon). I will be changing all switches with this model. I did not try 3-way yet, will update this review if I do. The only downside is they are pretty bulky (depth) and doesn't leave much room in the electrical box. Overall very pleased
