Didn't stop buzzing in LED bulbs.
My LED recessed bulbs still buzz. I am under the impression that there is only one switch that will stop the buzzing, but it is $85.

Despite being Low Voltage this dimmer causes LED flicker
Despite being Low Voltage this dimmer caused all our LED's to flicker horribly. No setting was good.

Works well with Sylvania PAR30/38 LED Lamps
LED dimming often requires matching the dimmer to the lamp. Many lower end dimmers flicker with LEDs. The 6613 is a magnetic low voltage "MLV" dimmer designed primarily for use with transformer loads but it seems to work quite well with Sylvania PAR LEDs. Testing showed that MLV dimmers worked better at reducing LED flicker due to their more precise phase control. Non-MLV dimmers often produce highly asymmetric waveforms when dimmed (with more voltage on one side of the waveform) causing the LED to flicker on alternate half-cycles. Before installing the Leviton 6613 I tried the Lutron Diva DVCL-153. The DVCL-153 is specifically made for LEDs and CFLs and features a low-end preset trim under the cover. The DVCL-153 is not an MLV dimmer. Unfortunately, the Lutron DVCL-153 flickered and was also interfered by other DIVA MLV dimmers in the wall box. The adjacent dimmers were on a separate circuit and there was no shared neutral. I replaced the Diva DVCL-153 with the Leviton 6613. The Leviton 6613 worked flawlessly with Sylvania/Osram PAR-30 and PAR-38 LED lamps. The 6613 has good low end dimming (though not to full black) with no "pop-on." When switched from both the dimmer or alternate "three way" switch, turn-on at all levels was consistent. The low-end dimming performance is the best I've seen. Although the 6613 has no low-end preset it does not appear to need it. There was also no adjacent dimmer interference with the 6613. The load was 2X PAR-30 (15W each) and 1X PAR-38 (18W). I highly recommend the Leviton 6613 when paired with the Sylvania LED PARs. With other lamps "your mileage may vary" but the 6613 would be my first choice for tests.

Great Low Voltage Magnetic Dimmer
Wanted a dimmer with the primary visible function being the DIMMER, not ON/OFF (but with ON/OFF also available) for 12V MR16 lights on wall paintings. This unit fits the bill perfectly, with a very prominent, smooth operating Dimmer slider, but also has an easy-access ON/OFF switch if you want to turn the lights totally off. Generally I select the dimmed level with the slider and just leave it fixed at that position. For my lights controlled by this dimmer, they are generally turned ON/OFF by a separate switch in a different location in the room. A key point is that this dimmer has 3-way capability to also accommodate the remote ON/OFF switch. When I want a Low Voltage Magnetic Dimmer primarily used for ON/OFF, I prefer the Lutron DVLV-600P-LA Diva 450-watt Single Pole Magnetic Low-Voltage Dimmer...but note that this is strictly a single-pole switch. As a heads-up, these dimmers for low-voltage lights (MR16 bulbs driven by 12v magnetic transformers) are hard to find and are generally NOT CARRIED by the big box stores like HomeDepot and Lowes. They work great, noise free, etc but you do need them for this type of light. They also tend to be big, with pigtail attachments...so if you're installing a new wall box...go for an oversize box to simplify installation. We prefer the Light Almond color (both the Leviton and Lutron Light Almond..which match quite well).

This switch works well with LED strip lights. Get a dimmable power supply that puts out DC at the correct voltage for your lights, and wire the dimmer between your house current and the power supply input. The LEDs are connected to the output of the power supply.

Leviton 6613-PLW Low Voltage Slide Dimmer Switch-Brilliant!
I installed this Leviton dimmer switch to drive a 100 watt 24V DC dimming power supply. This powers 8ft (26 watt total) of 24 v LED under cabinet kitchen lighting with ease. The slide control of this 6613 dimmer is very smooth, has even voltage tracking control and works flawlessly from no light to full brightness! The directions were clear and made installation easy. It has an on-off switch so we can maintain the current dimming setting without using the slide and if desired, can set up to provide a soft power light (night light) in the on-off switch. This unit was rated the best magnetic low voltage dimmer for use with my under cabinet LED lighting product and we haven't been disappointed!
