Excellent shirt, but with one agravating flaw. Still, however, five stars.

As others have noted, it's a quality shirt. I'm 6' tall/190 pounds, ordered a Large Green, and it fits well. (Originally ordered an XL size as I like a roomy shirt, but the XL was way too large. So if you're around my size, buy the Large.) The fabric is really nice. The shirt is soft and heavy. (And heavy in a good way, as the fabric is quality material.) This is a shirt built to last. The one aggravating flaw on the shirt: The stitching around the bottom of the shirt was stitched incorrectly, and as a result the fabric on the bottom of the shirt below the stitch flips up. It's only about a quarter inch, but seeing as everything else about the shirt is perfect it's unfortunate that someone, somewhere messed up this very easy to have not messed up detail and, in turn, made me have to mention it in this review. That said, I kept the shirt and it now hangs along with my many other Legendary Whitetails clothing.

As Expected from a higher quality product. After trying it I purchased three more for my cool and cold season use! Could be a little to warm in warmer weather 75 degrees and above.

Nice fabric

This shirt runs a little large. I bought my usual size and it's a bit big. I washed it but it didn't shrink. The cotton/ lyocell blend has a much nicer drape than 100% cotton. It's supposed to breathe better too. I like the shirt overall. The pencil pocket is pretty useless though. Also, they must have twisted the sleeves in the picture that shows the front of the shirt and the sleeve patches. The patches are definitely on the back of the sleeves where you expect them to be.

Flawed construction for this price range

As other reviews mentioned, the fabric is reasonably soft and feels nice, finely visible wales make it seem like a fine corduroy. Fit wise, id call it roughly a "standard" fit. I would have preferred it to be a hair slimmer, because I ordered the medium and found it too restricted but the large roomier than I wanted (although it would work as a work / over shirt) My problem is that for the cost, the shirt should be improved. For one, the collar needs to have buttons to secure it. After a wash it becomes wrinkled and disheveled (see photo) with uneven points and upturned tips. Second, the hem twists and turns up (also see photo) and makes the shirt have a very cheap and slovenly appearance. More minor point is that the elbow patches are too far up the arm to fully cover elbow contact area. Its too bad because I wanted to like this shirt as the fabric is nice, with a good weight, but the look really suffers once you wash this shirt and I'm not willing to iron it every time.

Fantastic quality and material type

I order XL in UK but forgot that US items do run a bit larger. Also I have a large parastomal stomach hernia to consider which makes fit of shirts and jackets difficult. I still liked this shirt so much that I ordered the L size in Rawhide colour which arrived yesterday and fits perfectly. I will send this Loden XL back for exchange to L size as I really like both colours and good to have the option. Thankyou

Excelentes camisas

Honestamente son una joya estas camisas. La calidad de la tela es muy buena, la tela es suave, vienen un ligeramente grandes, así que pide la talla que regularmente usas. Es una excelente camisa.
