Stunning

As I read the other product reviews, I was extremely worried that my product was going to come in and be (1) plastic and (2) possibly dirty. However, this was not my experience at all! My product arrived in the original packaging and was clean, definitely made up of glass, and was not scuffed. Now, I've worked with Silicone before, and am aware that it will indeed stain if exposed to products that will stain things like countertops or clothes (turmeric, tomato sauce, etc). This is just a feature of silicone- so I selected the darkest option. Don't get me wrong, that cream looks awesome- but it'll last 2 seconds with the sorts of sauces and soups I love. My favorite aspect of this is definitely the size. I got the 16 oz option, and it will be perfect for my lunches. I plan to take primarily dairy products, but I am not too worried about the odd day that I take roast or soups. This size is plenty large enough for lunch, I'm glad I decided on it instead of the much larger one! In addition, It is eye catching but unobtrusive. It will go perfect in my mess kit! I'll just be sure to wash it by itself (silicone can and will hold on to smells and stains), and not put the lid on if I wind up utilizing a microwave (air expands; glass doesn't nearly as much). Be careful with wildly differing temperatures (glass doesn't do will with placing hot food in a cold fridge with it between the two) With this in mind, it should go far.

Super cute, kind of smelly.

Is $30 waaay too much to spend on a lunch container? Yes, absolutely. Have I probably saved over $30 because it brings me great personal joy to bring my lunch now? Also absolutely. I have two of these, one in pink and one in mint. (If you're not picky about the color, wait for a 10% off sale... I feel like there's always at least one of these colors on sale at any time. So I got both of my over the course of a few weeks for $26 each rather than $30. Still an obscene amount to spend on lunchware, but anyway.) They are 100% leakproof; I bring soup for lunch every day, and these little gems are easy to fill up (because the mouth is wide enough for a ladle) and to eat out of. I don't even have a lunch bag. Such is my confidence in these containers that I just throw them in my bag with my laptop and papers. They're made of glass, but I haven't had any trouble with durability at all. (Make absolutely sure to take the lid off when microwaving. I thought this was obvious, but after reading some of the reviews, I guess it bears saying: gas expands when heated, so if you microwave one of these with the lid on, the glass with OBVIOUSLY crack because of the pressure that builds up inside.) The one problem I've run into with this is that the silicone gasket holds onto strong smells. It's easy enough to pop out the gasket and to clean off stains/food, but smells linger. I've tried soaking in white vinegar, boiling, using dish soap-- very little works to get the smell of chili or of curry out of it. As such, my mint colored one is now my savory foods/soups container, and my pink colored one is not exclusively used for fruit and non-smelly things. Also, the silicone on the outside (the colored silicone) stains if you leave this sitting in the sink with something oily. Not a huge deal, but I did leave one of these sitting in the sink along with some dirty dishes covered in chili oil, and not there's an orange stain on the mint-colored silicone that won't go away despite much washing, boiling, and soaking. But tl;dr: these are beautifully designed, and I like eating out of glass. Leak proofing is amazing. Silicone components a little less amazing. Brings me great joy to eat out of something so stinking cute, even though I eat by myself in my office and no one is there to appreciate the cuteness except me. Have saved money even though these are STUPID expensive tupperware because I just love bringing lunch now instead of buying it.

Pretty and practical

I searched for way too long to find a travel container for my daily smoothie that contained zero plastic. I am so pleased with this purchase as its glass and silicone. I ordered the 24oz size in Blush. It's a very faint shade of pink, lighter than the product photos but I think it's prettier in person. My protein shake didn't leak from the container upon traveling with it. I wish I ordered this product sooner to be honest!

Fabulous glass food storage containers

A little more expensive than I would normally pay for food storage containers, but the look and feel of these is exceptional. Very high-quality. You get what you pay for. Love the look and their utility.

Best travel container there is

This is hands down the best travel container I’ve ever used. Love the design. The lid screws on so securely. Great colours. The sizes are exactly right. They hold so much, it’s deceptive. Honestly, love love love. I’ve bought in 3 colours!

I really like these suckers

I don't know what it is about these guys, but I like them. I mean I broke one (my fault, not a flaw) and decided to replace it with a pair of the suckers. I also have the larger one, which is just a bit too bulky for daily use. These ones are great for pasta or other hot lunch stuff, and the seal is flawless.

Outrageously overpriced,...but so nice...

It is smooth and nice to the touch. pale aqua colour makes it look very trendy. So lovely, from fridge to lunch bag to microwave to dishwasher - this guy makes it such an enjoyable journey...but them I remember that it cost as much as dinner at a steak house and I am abruptly brought back to reality. It is a definite indulgence item, but I forget the cost as soon as I use it. : )
