Meh
I bought these for my rain boots as they had zero cushion. These have made it better but not by much. The first day these were great. I was able to wear my shoes with no pain. The second time I used these my feet were hurting half way through my day. So they are better than nothing but not great.

Doing a good job
I've been experiencing pain in the center of my left foot as I take my half-hour walk to and from work each day. This product was actually my wife's suggestion, and I'm glad she did so,even my hard bottomed short boots (that I secretly love because they elevate my height somewhat, at least to me) are easy to wear, easy to walk in. Am very comfortable and pleased! Recommended.

Resistant? Depends on how you define that.
As someone who - a few years ago - had a 1.5" needle stuck in his left foot for 4 days - without knowing it! - I take the safety of my feet very serious. Ly. My favorite brand of steelsoles no longer sells to the general public; and I've had nothing but disappointments from other steel junk ever since. Didn't fit, too stiff, didn't bend, etc. I decided to give these a try. The description sure sounds fantastic! But I decided to do a quick test first, with a simple, not overly sharp push pin. It took this arthritic 55 year old guy less than a second to shove that push pin completely through that insole. Sure, the fabric resisted, otherwise it would've taken half a second. And I wondered how long it would take to get punctured if I were to step on something like this with all of my body weight. A split second? Not good!! However: I was in for a bit of a surprise when I tried to trim these to size. I had a seriously hard time doing that; it took minutes to trim just one of them! Changing from the scissors to a - sharp - heavy duty wire cutter didn't speed up things. So: they're strong - in a way - and would definitely protect themselves from getting trimmed to size. But the chance of me stepping on a thorn, or needle, nail or pin are considerably higher than stepping in a pair of scissors. And for that, these insoles may not do the job. It's irritating and potentially dangerous; but only time will tell. For now though, I'm comfortable in saying that these by no means are a suitable replacement for steel insoles; and I'm not putting my feet's safety in these guys' hands. Nor soles!

Great for long shifts in the refinery
I work 12 hour shifts in refineries and my Timberland Pro original insoles were finally blown out. I was having severe pain in my heel out of nowhere to the point of limping after one shift. I ordered these, cut them to size (very easy to do) using my old insoles as a template. The next week I worked five 12-14 hour shifts and my pain in my heel was gone. My coworkers all run them as well - definitely worth the price for a comfy fit at work.

Good heel support
They're good for the money. Has good heel support but no art support at all. Got them because of the insoles of my work boots were destroyed.

WORK BOOTS
My insoles were shot in my Indestructible work boots. Threw these in and boots are like new again. I work in a machine shop and am on my feet all day in steel toe boots. These are perfect for that type of situation.

Big difference, very comfortable
Just inserted these into my boots. Big difference. Really like walking on a cloud. Will put them to the test. See if they shift position in the boot and durability. Brand new they offer comfortable support the entire length of my foot.

Good stuf
This is an item that lives up to its comfort reports,i work in a heavy physical environment in addition i clock up at least 25,000 steps a day and i have not lost any comfort,support or displacement of insole yet and this is after 2months...which things tend to wear out. I have not really sweated out although my feet get hot which cannot be avoided as well as slight swelling because of the work and steps. The amount of comfort,soothes in comparison to most ither insoles i have tried. I highly recommend these for comfort,right to the end of each day,value for money and keeps its support in place without movement in your workshops,safety trainers or boots...even daily social wear. There are only 1 other brand that's come up to scratch which shockingly are as brilliant stating with an A ending in an I...Great buy,all you need for a while and mainly comfort on your feet on those long days working hard

NOT ANTIBACTERIAL!!!
NOT ANTIBACTERIAL!!!! They are comfy but they will make the boots smell , definitely something that should be considered, also, if you are a heavier guy chances are you will get them flat quite quick

Dr scholl insoles
the dr school are easy to fit good comfort on the heel but there isn't enough padding for the rest of the foot and waring my them in my safety shoes for work my.feet will ache by the end of the night but they do work better in my puma trainers but its not enough this is why the lower rating.
