It is a nice wedge, very slight upward angle and very soft foam. But, my husband, whom I bought it for hates it and threw it out of bed after a two night trial of usage. He has breathing difficulties due to snoring. I noticed a difference in the amount of snoring but, he can't use his big normal sized pillow with it so he doesn't want to use it. I also bought him one of those J pillows to use with this, which also wound up on the floor after two nights. I will have to find someone who would like to have them local and give away over $40 worth of stuff because I feel bad to see it go to waste. It's hard to buy a wedge pillow, the one I had previously was very firm, this one is extremely soft. If you want to support your whole upper torso you need some firmness but you don't want to feel like you are sleeping on a brick.

Relieved my pregnancy reflux!
I purchased this to help relieve reflux during pregnancy. I was desperate for relief and tried everything else imaginable. This is a great wedge and has served it's purpose very well. After ordering I was hesitant that the thickness wouldn't allow me to fully relieve the reflux, but it worked! The foam is on the softer side and I was comcerned it would be too soft - as some had mentioned in their reviews, but for me the support was great and the soft feel was very comfortable. I also purchased (Furinno Angeland Healthy Sleep Visco Elastic Memory Foam Wedge Pillow) a thinker wedge from Amazon in case this one didn't work - turns out this is my preferred wedge. I am able to sleep well - the larger wedge I purchased was far too much of an incline for sleeping and the foam is more dense causing pressure points and discomfort.

So far so good with this wedge
So far so good with this wedge. Helps me with my avid reflux. One thing the smell out the package is overwhelming. I don't know what is used on the foam or wedge covering but it is a strong chemical smell. I've been using an essential oil mix to eliminate the smell. I've had it now for almost a week and the smell isn't as strong but I still smell it. Other than that little annoyance, the wedge is good.

Pillow good - zipper on cover broke
The pillow itself is good. My son uses it to help with his acid reflux. The zippers on the cover are not the greatest - one of the zippers broke the first time I tried to remove the cover to wash it. Amazon couldn't replace just the cover and it was too much trouble to send the pillow back so we ended up repairing the zipper by hand.

Comfortable
Pros: Very comfortable. Like that you can fold it which works well when I put it in my RV to take with me on camping trips. Cons: Too soft in that it is starting to lose its shape after using it for 4 months every night. Update: 18 months later and I've still been using it every night. The foam is flattening out somewhat so I just ordered another one. In the meantime, I've tried other foam wedges and they are not nearly as comfortable as this one and they don't fold. Updated from 4 to 5 stars.

This wedge did the trick! It helped her sinuses drain overnight
I bought this for my daughter because she couldn't sleep due to a cold and nothing was draining from her sinuses during the night. She would wake up very congested and her throat was frogy. This wedge did the trick! It helped her sinuses drain overnight and she was able to sleep through the night. Her throat downgraded to a little tickle. Very glad I bought this. It is comfortable, just wish it was smaller for storage issues.

So-So for propping you up while you sleep
This wedge props you up at a very low angle if used as shown. I find I have to use it folded up like a block and then angle it with pillows underneath to get the elevation and firmness I want. I have not had it long enough to see how the over washes, or how the firmness holds up over time.

I am in love with this pillow
I am in love with this pillow! I had major surgery and was required to lay on my back, I was a side sleeper my entire life so I did not really want to change but had to for 2 months recovery. This pillow is so comfortable I still sleep on it to this day even though now I sleep on my side. It has not lost any of its softness and still maintains a good amount of firmness to support me while I sleep. I highly recommend. I would recommend putting a sheet around it to keep it clean.

Poor quality, foam breaks down quickly
Need something that retains its shape over time. As others have noted, the foam breaks down quickly and fails to provide support. In my case this occurred just 2-3 weeks after purchase. Very disappointed.

All night on a Wedge? Not this guy.
Overall,the Remedy Natural Pedic Folding Wedge is helpful, sometimes. Not so other times. The two sections of foam are enclosed in a too thin fitted fabric cover that do properly hold the two wedges together as one unit. The cover is constructed of a thin fabric. I think it will wear out prematurely through multiple laundry sessions. Somewhat tricky and annoying to reinstall the wedges into the cover after laundering the cover. Patience required in the struggle. (See photo). For hygienic reasons, the foam should be washed periodically - that chore should be interesting. In about two weeks the foam odor mostly disappeared and in about the same time I kind of adjusted to sleeping on the wedge for brief periods. I don't mind lying on my back for awhile - but not all night. Attempting to sleep on my side on the wedge is not comfortable. I'm old and in the achy muscle zone. Hopefully younger or more athletic people will not have this problem. The wedges obviously take up valuable space, If I wish to leave the wedge to return to comfortable 'anyplace on the bed' sleeping, that wedge is in the way. Could be problematic for even one person on a Queen size mattress. Is the wedge 'memory' foam? Or just a claim? Those with GERD problems and before purchasing any wedge assist, try raising the rear of the bed frame a minimum of 16 cm (6 1/4"). Find some bricks which are readily available and often free. Possibly the best answer is with an adjustable (and expensive) bed.

I have found t his wedge to be a great help for my sleeping habits. Before I had this I would wake every couple of hours with some sort of discomfort. Now I can sometimes sleep through 5 and 6 hours without stirring, which is just wonderful. I still use a pillow for my head, but the angled foam has helped with reflux, breathing, and calm sleeping. I am very glad I bought this item. I would like to be able to buy another cover for it though, so I can exchange for washing purposes. It is a very comfortable material and the memory foam is really good in moulding to your shape, and rebounding back like new afterwards.
