Love this sink.
Purchased this sink for our business and loved it so much when the business moved we purchased a other one for our new location. Perfect size and depth our business. The stainless steel cleans up easy and looks good. The faucet is a quality faucet not cheap like some of the other ones I looked at in stores.

Older review criticisms apparently addressed, but new one not so much
My sink was a January 2019 purchase (with optional faucet) and it 1. came well packaged, protected, and undamaged; 2. included separate welded, cross-braced legs with adjusters; 3. had a bottom drain cross-braked to the same degree as my other stainless steel sinks with similar emptying characteristics; 4. was non-magnetic and shows no evidence of rusting after 2 weeks (fingers crossed). Now the negative: 1. The instructions refer to parts needed for a new installation that are not included - namely, the backsplash nipples and nuts that would tighten the faucet to the unit prior to attaching to the supply lines. In the seller's defense, this omission is addressed in the Q&A, as long as potential customers read Q&A. Add'l cost is ~ $15 at the hdwr store. 2. the included sink drain is the cheapest I've ever encountered. It has a flange profile poorly matched to the drain cutout, so don't scrimp on the plumbers putty, but make sure it's squishy, because you can't use much force on the drain ring as it has to grip shallow flat-bottomed grooves cut into the drain body by a poorly-paid, overworked Chinese lathe operator. It will easily cross-thread if you're not careful. My suggestion: if you have trouble installing the drain, buy a better drain body at the hdwr store.

Spout connection poorly designed
The spout cannot be moved when the connection is tightened as specified in the assembly instructions because of poor design.

Nice sink, poorly made parts
I installed this sink in our laundry as a replacement for the much bigger plastic sinks. The sink itself is very nice, the legs attach firmly, and I really like the way it turned out in the space. BUT...and this is pretty important...the drain basket won't work properly, causing water to leak out the bottom. The threads on the bottom of the basket that attach the tailpiece to the basket are very poorly made. It comes with a plastic spacer that fits into the top of the tailpiece and it supposed to seal the connection between the basket and the tailpiece. However, when you put this piece in, the threads are not machined far enough down the basket for the nut to catch. It spins and feels like it's almost connecting, but doesn't seal. On the other hand, when you remove the plastic spacer, the nut tightens too much and the tailpiece won't seal. I contacted Amazon and asked for a replacement basket. What they sent me was instead an ENTIRELY NEW SINK, basically the whole thing. So a part that would have taken about the space of a very small box on the UPS truck instead was a huge box. This is just bad form - aren't we trying to cut down on shipping and weight? I took the replacement basket out of the new sink today, tried to install it, and guess what, same problem. I'm giving up on it - sending the replacement sink back and going to the home center to see if they have a stainless steel replacement basket. I can't imagine having Amazon send me a whole new sink again, so forget it. Like I said, it's a great sink, but the drain leaves a lot to be desired. Pretty disappointed in Amazon's response to the issue, too - sending a whole new sink in its giant box was just a waste for all of us. Probably no way to get the robots to rummage around for just the basket, but still - this should be something that's accounted for.

Great little sink.. just be sure to dry it out
I've had the sink installed for about a week now. Despite not being opened for business the sink had started rusting in the right side of the sink basin. It's good for it's size but disappointed because of the rust after only a week. The price is good though, just be sure to dry out the basin.

Excellent quality sink, but difficult to install faucet
We made this purchase to replace a cheaper utility sink that was very wobbly. This sink is exponentially more sturdy and has built-in adjustment in the support legs to accommodate our sloping garage slab. Very pleased with the sink. The faucet installation is a challenge. The faucet is not provided with all parts necessary for a complete installation. I was aware of this from reading reviews of the product and thought, "How hard can it be?". Three trips to the hardware store later I finally got it working. It is worth the hassle. Just don't underestimate the hassle.

Quality!
Boy was I pleasantly surprised when I took the sink out of its boxes. It was very well packaged and had no dings or dents. The stainless steel is thick and sturdy. The faucet is made of metal and covered in stainless steel. All of the necessary parts were included with the exception of the trap. I hired plumbers to install it. They did a terrific job and had all the parts to successfully install this sink. I am very pleased that this project turned out to have gone so well. It makes a nice addition to my laundry room.

We love the sink but the stopper is the stopper
This is a well made and attractive sink. We chose to replace the supplied faucet set with a MaxSen commercial faucet set but that was just our choice. The problem is that the low grade sink drain stopper leaves the rubber stopper stuck in the drain when you lift to remove it. Chrome tray and pole slip right through. Shame this irritating oversight blemishes my opinion.

Value for money
Made my laundry room looks very nice and modern. It was well wrapped and packaged when it arrived. Exactly like in the picture, stainless body and it comes with a faucet that is of good quality. The stand comes with adjustments to level the sink in case the floor is not even like mine. Installation is straight forward - no issue encountered.

Packaging and Inclusions
I would say this is great value for money given the quality of the sink although the faucet is a little basic and does not look as if it will sustain the wear and tear that the sink will undoubtedly receive over the years. .Also there were no instructions included nor was the screw driver (inclusions). I am therefore not sure if I have all the pieces and I cannot say if the faucet is any good as I will have to try and install it without the instructions and only at that time find out if any part is missing!

Leaked right out of the box
The media could not be loaded. I received this sink new on March 9th 2022 and installed it in my new home on April 11th 2022. The sink remained in the original shipping package until it was installed. When we turned on the water we noticed a small leak on the bottom left inside corner weld, see attached video. I contacted the seller and their response was “the sink didn’t appear to be cleaned periodically and the buildup on the surface will become acidic and corrosive to the stainless steel coating”! This is a brand new sink that leaked right out of the box.
