Arrived earlier than expected (Great). Have had the same product prior to buying this one, I have a big head. Original size I bought was a 7-3/4" and after washing it, it is always snug until I wear it in the first day at work under a hard hat. The size I got this time was 7-7/8", anyways at least a size bigger to make sure not to have a snug fit. Will probably buy another one with in the year, can't have too many colors.

Great product

I weld for my living so I do it every day. These caps fit great. The fabric remains soft even after laundering. Most likely the best caps I've used so far.

This would be a fine welding hat if you are a Conehead - it has a definite conical peak, not at ALL like is shown in this photo. I tried washing it and shrinking it on purpose, hoping that some of the Conehead peak at the top would draw in, no such luck. Not worth returning, but it isn't what I was looking for at all, which was a welding cap nice enough to be caught anywhere else wearing besides under a welding helmet. The item IS very well made, the material is thick and strong and the fit was near perfect, but the ConeHead thing is just a deal breaker.

Fits perfect, great head gear, sweat band and no cone head. Wear it out or just as protection when it rains fire and brimstone. Come on black and green and white. Measurer your head because there is little to no give there shrinks a little in the dryer but it will stretch after extended use very little though.

Size runs small

Seems like a nice cap, but the sizing runs small; order a size larger than what your measurement is. Also has a high crown, is meant to come down over the ears.

Deep Fitted welding cap

I really like that it is deep fitted to keep sparks out of right ear or left depending on position your faced with. FR too...

Overall not a bad cap though

Runs a little big for my head. Which means it slips down under the weight of my hood. The stitch seams are a little to big and can rub uncomfortably in spots sometimes. Overall not a bad cap though. Well made. Good material. Great price.
